Изобретение относитс к очистке промышленных сточных вод от нефтег продуктов и может быть использовано в различных област х народного хоз йства .The invention relates to the treatment of industrial wastewater from petroleum products and can be used in various fields of national economy.
п. Доочистку сточных вод провод т методом фильтрации через сорбирующие материалы .At the first stage, industrial wastewater polluted with free-floating petroleum products is purified by gravity methods: in oil traps, sedimentation tanks, etc. Post-treatment of wastewater is carried out by filtration through sorbing materials.
Известен способ очистки от нефтепродуктов с использованием в качестве сорбирующих материалов золы кварцевого песка, активированного .A known method of purification from petroleum products using as sorbent materials ash quartz sand, activated.
The main disadvantages of the known method are the need to regenerate filter materials, which is associated with significant consumption of hot water, which, when washed, is contaminated with oil products, a relatively low cleaning effect:
использованием золы - 75%, кварцевого песка - 85%, активированного угл 89% , высока стоимость активированного угл - лучшего фильтрующего материала , необходимость дополнительной очистки промывной воды, содержащей значительное количество нефтепродуктов .using ash - 75%, silica sand - 85%, activated carbon 89%, high cost of activated carbon - the best filtering material, the need for additional purification of wash water containing a significant amount of oil products.
2.The closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is a method of purification of waste water from oil by filtration through a filter with a coke filler 2.

Однако этот способ характеризует невысока степень очистки необходимость регенерации фильтрующего материала; необходимость дополнительной очистки промывной воды,содержа20 щей значительное количество нефтепродуктов .However, this method is characterized by a low degree of purification; the need for regeneration of the filtering material; the need for additional purification of wash water containing 20 significant amounts of petroleum products.
1. The aim of the invention is to increase the degree of purification, reduce the cost of the purification process, and also utilize filter media. This goal is achieved by the fact that wastewater is additionally filtered through solid carbon-containing aluminum production waste with a weight ratio of filter materials of 1.2-0.8: 1. Coal peuu is used as an additional filtering material - solid carbon-containing electrolysis production wastes. The method is carried out as follows. Waste water containing 57.558 mg / l of petroleum products is passed at a speed of 0.5 m / h through a two-layer filter, the lower layer of which consists of solid carbon-containing wastes of aluminum production. The height of the filter layer is maintained at 40-45 mm with a weight ratio of filter materials of 1.2-0.8: 1. Solid carbonaceous waste, aluminum production (coal foam, consisting of cryolite up to 65%, carbonaceous substances up to 30%, alumina, resinous substances, quartz) is crushed and crushed to a particle size of 0.7-0.9 mm. The specific gravity of solid electrolyte production wastes is 2.0 g / cm. The top layer of the filter is loaded with coke with a particle size of 2-3 mm. Coke specific gravity 1.5 g / cm Purified water contains petroleum products 4 to 1.0-1.4 mg / l. The degree of purification is 98.3-97.6%. The washing of filtering materials from oil products is not carried out, since the oil-saturated filler is burned in the boiler room. Adhesion of hydrophobic oil particles to the surface of filter materials is improved when materials with different hydrophilic surface properties are present in the filters. It is the difference in materials by hydrophilic properties in a 2-layer filter that significantly affects the sorption properties of the filter. The filter consisting of coke and solid wastes of electrolysis aluminum production has the highest degree of purification of waste water from oil products. Comparative data on the cleaning effect depending on the weight ratio of filter materials are given in table. one; in tab. 2 shows data on the effectiveness of individual filter materials. The technical and economic advantage of this method compared to the known one is to increase the degree of purification of industrial effluents from oil products by filtration, eliminating the need for regeneration of the filter charge and the possibility of its useful disposal, which is accompanied by a decrease in the amount of wash water.
