Abstract

A drive element (1) is used for displacing a tool carrier (2), on which there is fastened a workpiece (5) which is machined by a grinding wheel (4). The adjustment of the drive element (1) is controlled via a switching device (7) which is connected to a first sensor (9) and to a second sensor (3). The first sensor (9) is used for establishing the end of the contact of the tool (4) with the workpiece (5). The second sensor (3) is used for establishing the beginning of the contact of the tool (4) with the workpiece (5). The device can be used for controlling the hobbing movements in tooth flank grinding machines which operate with a taper disc. <IMAGE>

Эти максимальное и минимальное значени  сигналов датчика положени  сохран ютс  в пам ти в виде напр жени  и означают крайние точки наличи  шлифовани  дл  данной детали . На чистовых проходах происходит перебрасывание переключател  11 в другое положение, тем самым подключение элементов пам ти к переключателю 8.
