A multi-spindle nutrunner is known, each spindle of which is provided with a stop shoulder and a running thread of equal pitch, on which a driven gear is mounted at a predetermined distance from the stop shoulder to alternately enable spindles 13. The disadvantage of this wrench is that after the end of tightening of threaded connections, all driven gears will be pressed to the spindle collar and to loosen or wrap a new batch of threaded connections, the driven gears must be reset to their original position along the thread of the spindles, which leads to unnecessary tightening. time. The closest to the proposed one is a multi-spindle wrench, comprising a body, spindles with cam clutches and driven gears located in it, which are located in the hook and with them a pinion gear, a safety clutch and a drive 2. The disadvantage of the known wrench is that only one spindle can operate in it regardless of its drive power consumption, and the spindle is alternately turned on by a controlling copy of the spindle. simplified design. The goal is achieved by the fact that the driving and driven gears are mounted with the possibility of axial movement, the latter being made with a stop shoulder interacting with the end surface of the driving gear and installed relative to the latter at different distances for alternating spindles off. Figure 1 shows a wrench, a kinematic diagram; figure 2 - the same, the fork on top, in fig.Z - the node f in figure 1; figure 4 - section aa in figure 3. The multispindle nut driver includes a drive 1, a shaft 2 of the drive rigidly connected to the axis 3, a cam-type safety clutch consisting of coupling halves 4 and 5, a spring b, a pinion gear 7 rigidly connected with the coupling half 5, driven gear 8 with stop collars 9 coupling couplings consisting of half couplings, 10 and 11, spindles 12 and springs 13. Half coupling 10 is rigidly connected to a gear of 8 g which sits freely on the i spindle 12, and coupling half 11 is rigidly connected to the latter. The multi-spindle wrench works as follows. The torque from the shaft 2 of the drive is transmitted to axis 3, then through coupling half 4 and 5 to the driving gear 7, the driven gears 8 and through the coupling half 10 and 11 to the spindle 12. If this causes the torque generated by the drive to be insufficient to move bolts or nuts at the same time with all spindles, the coupling half 4 rotates up the coupling half 5 and the pinion gear 7, which with the help of the stop collar 9 lifts the driven gear 8. At the same time, the coupling half 10 and 11 are automatically disconnected from one work. After that, the drive power is distributed between the remaining 12 spindles and if this does not prevent Salting or the nuts from all the spindles at the same time, then the next spindle 12 is turned off, and so on until the bolts or nuts remain moving. the operation of spindles 12. After that, the torque on the drive shaft 2 decreases and under the action of springs b and 13 alternating closure of the coupling halves 10 and 11 takes place and the spindles 12 are activated. The driven gears 8 are made with stop collars, modifying with the end surface of the drive gear 7 and installed relative. but last at different distances for alternately turning off and turning on the spindles 12. Claims of the invention A multi-spindle wrench comprising a housing, spindles housed therein with cam clutches and driven gears, a drive gear engaging them, a safety clutch and a drive By the fact that, in order to simplify the design, the driving and driving gears are mounted with the possibility of axial movement, the latter is made with a thrust collar interacting with the end surface of the driving pole The crawler is installed relative to the latter at different distances for alternately shutting off the spindles.
