The invention relates to packaging equipment, in particular to a device for packaging tape products, mainly in the mechanical engineering, radio and electronics industry, as well as other sectors of the national economy.

The closest to the invention in technical essence and the achieved result is a device for packaging with adhesive tape, comprising a reel, guide rollers, an adhesive bath with a spreading roller, a control roller fixed to the end of the lever and a knife 1.

However, in the known device, the tape is not fed to the exact length and reliability of the device is low.

The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the feed tape and the reliability of the device.

The goal is achieved by the device for packing with adhesive tape, containing a reel, guide rollers, an adhesive bath with a plaster roller, a control roller fixed at the end of the lever and a knife, equipped with a spring-loaded needle-shaped tape retainer, and the knife is made sector-shaped and fixed on the control lever rolls.

Moreover, this lever has a counterweight.

In addition, the knife has a V-shape.

The device works as follows.

In the initial state, the adhesive tape 3 clasps the plastering roller 6 and is held between the retainer 7 and the stop 8 and further along the roller 16, loosely sagging, as the initial part 20 of the tape.

The packaged product (corrugated box), which has a lid junction, moves in the direction of arrow A on the packaging table (not shown) until the tape portion 20 touches its adhesive side of the corrugated box at position 21. The roller 16 runs onto the box lid and presses the adhesive tape 3 to the surface of the latter, not allowing the tape to be unhooked. Upon further movement of the box, reaching position 22 (Fig. 2, roller 16 presses the tape to the top plane of the box, and on tape part 23 finds roller 14, which is pressed against the vertical front wall of the box with a counterweight 13.

Upon further movement to position 24, roller 14, moving in direction B, rolls in belt portion 25 and reaches position 26.

At the same time, due to the movement of the stop 15, the roller 10 is lowered onto the horizontal part of the adhesive tape and after the roller 16 again rolls the tape 3, with the cutting part of the knife 11 being above the box at a relatively short distance.

When the box is moved further in position 27 (Fig. 2), roller 14, reaches position B at position B, rolls upwards, rolls in part 28 of the tape a second time and reaches position 29.

Moving further, the box reaches position 30 (Fig. 1), while the adhesive tape 3 all the time extends from the roll 2 and, the passage around the roller 6, is lubricated.
