Известно устройство дл сн ти настылей с конвертера, выполненное в виде тележки, на которой размещен барабан с концевыми захватами и гидроцилиндром дл их перемещени Ш. Недостатком данного устройства в л етс возможность их работы только при остановке конвертера. Наиболее близким к предлагаемому вл етс устройство дл завалки шихт в конвертер, выполненое в виде лафета с совками, установленными на тележке , перемещающейс перпендикул рно линии конвертеров 2. Недостатком указанного устройства вл етс его неспособность удал ть настыль с горловины конвертера, так как носоксовка при завалке шихты скользит по настыл м либо.проходит над ними. Цель изобретени - совмещение операций загрузки скрапа и сн ти на стылей с горловины конвертера. Указанна цель достигаетс тем, что носок совка снабжен скребкгили, расположенными по периметру его внеш ней поверхности, причем скребки выполнены в внде клиньев с поперечнымнпазами . Такое выполнение носка совка обеспечивает при его опоре на горловину и подаче дл завалки скрапа в конвертер разрушение и сн тие настыл с горловины конвертера в секторе его наибольшего наростани , т.е. совмещение операций загрузки скрапа и сн ти настылей. По внешней поверхности скребков 1 выполнены пазы 5.В поперечном сечении скребок 1 имеет клиновидную форму. У опоры скребки 1 имеют разъем 6, позвол ющий регулировать их высоту, что необходимо дл компенсации короблени носка 3 и обеспечени контакта скребков 1 с профилем горловины 7 конвертера 8 в очищенном от настылей 9 виде.
