On the base 1 of the machine, there are: an asterisk 2 loads, a mechanism 3 feeding the fruit to the pusher, a pusher 4, a frame 5 with horizontal cranes, a frame 6 with vertical pushes or 7 unloading cubes (Fig. 1, 2 and 3).

Frames 6 with vertical knives 26 are intended to cut slices previously obtained into cubes. A total of two frames are installed on the machine, the top 6 and the bottom 6a. The vertical knives 26 are laid out on the framework in the chessboard mutually perpendicular rows located in different planes.

The punch 24 of the machine is designed to push the sliced slices through the vertical knives of the frame 6 and is driven from the fist 8. The punch 24 has deep grooves in the longitudinal and transverse direction, allowing it to push the slices through the knives. In order to prevent from clogging the slits of the nuanson with small scraps of fruit, below the level of the table, the grid 27 is fixed, through which the punch passes when it moves up, and when it goes back down, the grid clears its slits (Fig. 3 and 9).

The punch is enclosed in a cup 28, equipped with a lace rubber tube 29 to remove the juice, as well as wash water during cleaning of the machine.
