1).In FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section of the proposed device; FIG. 2 is a cross section of it along the line a-S (Fig. 1); FIG. 3 is a cross section of it along the line c-d (Fig. 1).
The cord of the telephone apparatus is brought to the proposed device from below and passes through the insulating tube 1, tightly touching its walls. The tube 1 is supported at the bottom on the ball-lid 45, so that it, together with the upper ring of the ball-lid, can freely rotate about its axis. The bottom ring of the sub-cage sits still in the thickened part of the insulating cylinder 14, which, in turn, is firmly pushed into the outer metal shell 33 of the device, fastened with screws 30 to disk 29, mounted on the end 32 of the handset and attached to the latter by screws 31. tube 1 is fitted with concentric metal cylinders (for example, from thin copper sheets) 2, 5, 8 and 11; between them are insulating cylinders 4, 7, and 10. In the upper part, the metal cylinders are provided with curved tabs with clips 22, 23, 24, and (Fig. 3) 41. The ends of the telephone cord wires are attached to these clips. There is a gap O between the lower KpHljOM of the tube 1 and the hole in the insulating cylinder 14, as well as in the bottom of the shell 33, allowing the cord to rotate with the tube 1 without touching the walls of these holes. The lower end of tube 1 may protrude somewhat from the device. The inner cylinders are tightly fitted with inner rings of ball bearings 3, b, 9 and 12, on the outer rings of which metal cylinders 15, 17, 19 and 21 are tightly fitted, with protruding folded legs 34, 35, 36 and 37 in the upper part (FIG. 2) with clamps 39, 40, 47, and 48. The wires to the latter are connected further through the tube 32 to the inside of the handset. The end of the tube 32 for existing devices several
Между диском 29 и средней частью распорки 28, имеетс пространство 46, предназначенное дл проводов, идущих от микротелефонной трубки.expanded as pacTpyioa; in the drawing, this end is depicted as strictly cylindrical, on the assumption that the expanded part of the existing tubes will be cut away. Between the cylinders 15, 17, 19 and 21 there are insulating layers 16, 18 and 20, also having a cylindrical shape. An insulating cap 13 is attached to the ball bearing 12, which separates all the lower clips from the upper clutches and at the same time presses the entire system of ball bearings and cylinders 2, 5, 8, 11, 4, 7 and 10 to the lower part of the tube 1. the metal and insulating cylinders are pressed to the bottom of the shell 33 by a cross-shaped insulating strut 28 (Figs. 1 and 2). Between it and the cap 13 there is a disk 26, at the bottom resting on the ball bearing 25, which sits in the recess of the cap, and at the top, by means of a spring 27, in the central part of the spacer. Between the disk 29 and the middle part of the spacer 28, there is a space 46 intended for wires leading from the handset.
при повороте телефонной трубки около ее оси, вместе с нею повер:нутс все части прибора, прилегающие к оболочке 33; нижнее кольцо шарикового подшипника 25, колпачок 13, внутренние кольца шариковых подшипников 3, 6, 9 и 12 металлические цилиндры 2, 5, 8 и 11, изол ционные 1 илиндры 4, 7 и 10, -изол ционна трубка 1, верхнееwhen the handset rotates around its axis, along with its turn: nuts all parts of the device adjacent to the shell 33; the lower ring of the ball bearing 25, the cap 13, the inner rings of the ball bearings 3, 6, 9 and 12 metal cylinders 2, 5, 8 and 11, insulating 1 cylinders 4, 7 and 10, - insulating tube 1, upper
при поворотах телефонной трубки около оси.the ball end ring 45 and the telephone cord O, which fits tightly in the tube 1, will remain stationary due to the low friction in the ball bearings. Thus, the twisting of the telephone cord will be avoided. when turning the handset near the axis.
The current from the wires coming from the telephone apparatus through the clamps 22, 23, 24 and 41 passes through metallic cylinders 2, 5, 8 and 11, through ball bearings 3, 6, 9 and 12, through metallic cylinders 15, 17 ,. 19 and 21 to the terminals 39, 40, 47 and 48 and to the wires going from the microphone tube.
