Известен способ определени лити путем обработки 2-3 мл сьгаоротки крови раствором трихлоруксусной кислоты с последуюащм удалением белков и количественным анализом лити в иадосадочной жидкости методом пламенной фот метрии l . Недостататком этого способа вл ет с больша трудоемкость, длительность исследовани и недостаточна точность Цель изобретени - повышение точности и упрощение способа. Указанна цель достигаетс тем, что в способе определени лити в кро эи путем получени сыворотки крови с последующей обработкой ее и пламенной фотометрией, обработку ведут дистиллированной водой с рН 6,9-7,0 до конечного соотношени 1:50-1:60. Пример. Берут в центрифужную пробирку 0,4-0,5 мл капилл рной крови и получают из нее сыворотку путем центрифугировани при 1500 об/мин в течение 15-20 мин. 0,1 мл сыворотки смешивают в другой центрифужной пробирке с 4,9 мл дистиллированной воды (разведение сыворотки в 50 раз). В полученной пробе измер ют интвнсивность свечени на пламенном фото №тре .
