Description

Обычно при отливке деталей центробежным способом примен етс  как вод ное, так и принудительное воздушное охлаждение изложниц. При применении вод ного охлаждени  конструкци  машины оказываетс  громоздкой, а изложница и механизмы, св занные с ее вращением, мало доступными; кроме того охлаждение водой зачастую приводит к сильному парообразованию, вызываюш,ему гидравлические удары и неравномерное охлаждение изложницы.Usually, in the casting of parts using the centrifugal method, both water and forced air cooling of molds is used.
