Изобретение относитс к бурению нефт ных и газовых скважин, в частности к промывочньпч жидкост м дл бурени в обваливающихс породах. Известны буровые растворы дл бурени в обваливающихс породах на основе силиката натри l . Приготовление этих растворов св зано с большими расходами дорогосто щих и дефицитных реагентов. Кроме то го, при повышении температуры в зкость и структурно-механические свой ства таких растворов значительно повышаютс , а ингибирующие свойства при повышенных температурах незначительны . Известен также буровой раствор дл бурени в обваливающихс породите содержащий глину, гидролизованный по лиакрилонитрил и воду Указанный раствор обладает высокой стабильностью при повышенных тем пературах, но ингибирующие свойства его незначительны. Цель изобретени - повышение инри бирующих свойств бурового раствора при высокой температуре. Поставленна цель достигаетс тем что в буровой раствор дополнительно вводитс азодикарбонамид (порофор -21) при следующем соотношении индиентов , вес.%: Глина5-8 Гидролизованный полиакрилонитрил0 ,1-0,5 Азодикарбонамид ( порофор ЧХЗ-21) 1-3 ВодаОстальное. Составы предлагаемого раствора дставлены в табл. 1. Таблица 1 ОстальноеThe invention relates to the drilling of oil and gas wells, in particular to flushing fluids for drilling in crumbling rocks. Drilling muds are known for drilling in sodium silicate-based crumbling rocks. The preparation of these solutions is associated with high costs of expensive and scarce reagents. In addition, with an increase in temperature, the viscosity and structural and mechanical properties of such solutions increase significantly, and the inhibiting properties at elevated temperatures are insignificant. A drilling mud is also known to collapse in containing rock containing clay, hydrolyzed to liacrylonitrile and water. This fluid is highly stable at elevated temperatures, but its inhibiting properties are insignificant. The purpose of the invention is to increase the inbreeding properties of the drilling fluid at high temperature. This goal is achieved by the fact that azodicarbonamide (porophore -21) is additionally introduced into the drilling fluid at the following ratio of indientes, wt%: Clay5-8 Hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile0, 1-0.5 Azodicarbonamide (porofor CHHZ-21) 1-3 Water Olive. Как видно из представленных данных, ингибирующий эффект при высоких температурах предлагаемого раствора повышаетс по сравнению с известным почти в 2 раза. Кроме того, предлагаемый раствор обладает при этом удовлетворительными реологическими и 5 смазочными свойствами (табл. 3), что говорит о его термостабильности.As can be seen from the presented data, the inhibitory effect at high temperatures of the proposed solution is increased by almost 2 times compared with the known.
