Description
The invention relates to the drilling of a squall in and can be used when washing in the process of penetration and attachment of squaoquins. Drilling muds are known that contain stabilizer reagents for controlling their filtration and rheological properties (lignosulfonates, polysaccharides, polyacrylates, chromates, phenols). Their disadvantage is insufficient heat resistance and, as a result, deterioration of parameters when exposed to high temperatures. In addition, the existing reagents do not solve, and the provision of the required lubricating characteristics of drilling fluids and dp for these purposes uses additionally significant (up to 25%) additives of oil or oil products. Accordingly, the cost of work increases, working conditions deteriorate, scarce raw materials are expended and the issues related to environmental protection become more complex. Also known is a drilling fluid containing clay, an additive and water 23. As an additive, it contains a hydrophobicized silicone fluid GKZh-10. Despite sufficient resistance to high temperatures, HYUK-10, starting from 150 ° C, does not ensure the stability of the rheological parameters of clay suspensions. After thermostatting, the viscosity increases from 35 to 220 s, and the static shear stress from 54 to 120 mg / cm and from 69 to 180 mg / cm in 1 and 10 minutes, respectively. As a result of exposure to temperatures exceeding 200 ° C, clay suspensions with GKZh-10 additives increase the yield from 8 to 12-14 cm. The addition of HUK-10 solution in a co-mixture; up to 1% in quality ensures a decrease in the resistance forces on the contact of the metal with the clay

The purpose of the invention is to increase the thermal capacity of the solution to 250 ° C and to increase its lubricating properties.
3,0-10,7The goal is achieved by the fact that the drilling fluid as an additive contains sodium phenylsiliconate at sledzhdem ratio of ingredients, wt.%: Clay 3.0-10.7
Phenyl Lyconate sodium 0, 2-0,9 Water Else The solutions are checked by thermostating at 250 ° C, both without additives and with the simultaneous effects of heating and additives, increasing the density and solids content over a wide range.
1.The parameters of failed and upgraded drilling fluids before and after thermostating are given in Table. one.
As can be seen from the table. 1, the dewatering values of the proposed solutions remain unchanged after thermostating to 250 ° C, and the viscosity and static shear stresses hardly increase. At sodium phenylsiliconate concentrations above and below the limit values, a dramatic increase in water loss is observed. At clay concentrations below the limiting values, a stable structure of the solution is not formed, the thickness of the mud cake is insufficient. In connection with this, the static shear stress decreases
At clay concentrations above the limiting values, a significant increase in the viscosity and static shear stress is observed, and the thixotropy of clay solutions after thermostating increases significantly.
In tab. 1, for comparison, the results of the treatment of drilling fluids of hydrophobic silicon-organic fluid NGL-10 are presented. Clay solutions treated with NGL-10 have large values of viscosity and static shear stress, which, after thermostating even more age-Q, can reach unacceptable values.
Solutions containing sodium phenylsiliconate have better lubricating properties than drilling fluids with GKZh-10 or oil additives.
Table 5, table 2 shows the dependences of the effect of HUK-10, sodium phenylsiliconate and oil on the change in the resistance force during the movement of metal on a mudcake on the concentration of these substances in the drilling mud.
The proposed drilling fluid allows to improve the technology of drilling wells under conditions of high downhole temperatures, and reduce the likelihood of sticking.
