Изобретение относитс к обработке металлов давлением и может быть использовано дл обрезки П-о5разных деталей. Известен штамп дл обрезки П-образных деталей, содержащий нижнюю плиту с размещенной на ней матрицей, пуансонодержатель с пуансоном, размещенный с возможностью взаимодействи с ползуном пресса, а также шпиль ки с упругими элементами, св зывающие нижнюю плиту и пуансонодержатель 1 . Недостатком известного штампа вл етс невозможность обрезки П-образных деталей различного размера. Цель изобретени - расширение технологических возможностей штампа за счет обеспечени возможности обрезкн П-образных деталей различного размера. Указанна цель достигаетс тем, что в штампе дл обрезки П-образных деталей, содержащем нижнюю плиту с размещенной на ней матрицей пуансонодержатель с пуансоном, размешенный с возможностью взаимодействи с ползуном пресса, а также шпильки с упругими элементами , св зываю1Ш1е нижнюю плиту и паунсонодержатель , пуансонодержатель снабжен размещенными со стороны ползуна гфесса опорными бобышками, при этом поверхность пуансонодержател со стороны установленного на нем пуансона выполнена ступенчатой. На чертеже изображен предлагаемый штамп, общий вид. Штамп содержит пуансонодержатель 1, несущий пуансон 2, установленный с возможностью взаимодействи оо съемной матрицей 3, закрепленной на нижней плите 4, соединенной с пуансонодержателем I щпильками 5 с упругими элементами 6 (резиновые буфера). Пуансонодержатель 1 снабжен опорными бобьпиками 7 дл передачи движени от ползуна пресса . Поверхность пуансонодержател 1 со стороны установленного на нем пуансона 2 выполнена в виде ступенчатого профил 8. Дл предотвращени во врем работы отжима пуансона 2 на нижней шште 4 закреплен противоотжнм 9.
