Известен способ создани вод ных завес в окрасочных камерах и гидрофильтрах, заключающийс в непрерывной подаче воды в ванночки и переливе ее через кра ванночек 1. Недостатком указанного способа вл етс то, что ванночки, установленные в гидрофильтрах дл создани вод ных завес и над экраном дл создани защитной пленки, имеют больщую длину и бортики ванночек трудно выполнить абсолютно ровными с определенным радиусом закруглени , поэтому вода переливающа с через бортик ванны создает пленку неравномерной толщины, вследствие чего пленка рветс на некоторых участках, где толщина ее меньще, а проход щий сквозь такую завесу воздух недостаточно очищаетс . Экраны в окрасочных камерах обычно имеют большую площадь и выполнить их абсолютно равными, а тем более создать защитную пленку равной толщины по всему экрану практически невозможно, поэтому они недостаточно защищены от налипани краски. Цель изобретени - увеличение сплошности завесы в гидрофильтрах и обеспечение защиты экранов окрасочных камер от налипани краски. Указанна цель достигаетс тем, что в способе создани вод ных завес в окрасочных камерах и гидрофильтрах, заключающемс в непрерывной подаче воды в ванночки и переливе ее через кра ванночек , периодически через каждые 2-5 мин в течение 1-2 мин подачу жидкости в ванночки увеличивают в 1,5-2 раза по сравнению с номинальной подачей. Создание таким способом вод ных завес и защитной пленки исключает долговременный их. разрыв, так как кратковременна подача повыщенного количества воды, увеличива толщину пленки, восстанавливает ее целостность, а усиленный поток воды по экрану лучше предохран ет его от налипани краски.
