(54) УСТРОЙСТВО ДЛЯ ОБТУРАЦИИ НЕСФОРМИРОВАННОГО КИ-ШЕЧНОГО СВИЩА(54) DEVICE FOR OBTURING AN UNFORMED CHIPPED HEAD
Изобретение относитс к медицине, в частности к хирургии, и может быть использовано при .лечении несформированных кишечных свищей. Известно устройство дл обтурации кншечных свищей, содержаще,е эластичный обтуратор, соединенный с нитью, проход щей через втулку, опирающуюс на обтуратор , и средство дл поддержани нити 1 В известном устройстве фиксаци нити производитс к упругому держателю, поэте- му при движении больного за счет подвижности стенки кишки может произойти разгерметизаци свища. Это снижает удобства пользовани устройством, так как больной ограничен в движени х, а также замедл ет процесс заживлени несформированного свища.Цель изобретени - ускорение заживлени свИЩа и повышенйеудобств пользовани устройством. С этой целью средство дл поддержа . ни нити выполнено в виде рамки с опорными элементами, соединенной с нитью через пружин щий элемент, при этом втулка снабжена зажимом дл фиксации в ней нити. Обтуратор имеет желобовидную фор На чертеже изображено предлагаемое устройство, общий вид. Устройство содержит эластичный обтуратор 1, имеющий желобовидную форму. Длина обтуратора в четыре раза превышает диаметр свища, а ширина равна 1/31/2 длины окружности кишки. Обтуратор 1 в центре прошит иераст гивающейс нитью 2 с ограничителем 3. на которую, надета втулка 4 из эластичного материала, опирающа с на обтуратор 1. Втулка 4 зафиксирована от перемещени вдоль нити 2 зажимом 5, выполненным, например, в виде винта. Верхний конец нити 2 соединен с пружин щим элементом 6, прикрепленным к рамке 7, снабженной двум опорными элементами 8. Устройством пользуютс следующим образом. В несформированный свищ ввод т свернутый в трубку эластичный обтуратор 1 и за нить 2 подт гивают его к внутренней стенке кишки. На нить 2 надевают втулку 4, нижний конец которой ввод т в отверстие свища дб упора в обтуратор 1. Нить 2 фиксируют во втулке 4 зажимом 5, чтобы обеспечить плотное прилегание нижнего конца втулки к обтуратору и исключить возможность перемещени втулки вдоль нити. Верхний конец нити 2 соедин ют с пружин щим элементом 6; который креп т к рамке 7.
