Description

Known methods for vapor recovery of volatile organic liquids, in particular benzene, entrained by gases during chlorination, are based on the preliminary extraction of vapors from the total mass of gases by condensation or absorption. A common disadvantage of these methods is the difficulty and incomplete extraction of volatile fumes from the total mass of exhaust gases.

Дл  улавливани  возможных проскоков легколетучего вместе с воздухом, выход щим из сол но-кислой абсорбции, став т последующую ловущку (орошаемый водой скрубер).The described method of trapping vapors of volatile organic liquids from acidic chlorination products allows increasing the completeness of extraction of volatile vapors, in particular, benzene. For this purpose, all the exhaust gases from the chlorinating apparatus are directed directly to the hydrochloric absorption. In the case of an isothermal absorption method, the gaseous chlorination products (gases), consisting of a mixture of hydrogen chloride, volatile vapor and partly air, are sent to a conventional system to absorb hydrogen chloride with external cooling, where they are mixed with water. The mixture of hydrochloric acid and organic products formed in the absorber is separated in a Florentine vessel, after which the organic products are neutralized to remove traces of acidity and returned to the chlorination cycle. In order to trap possible volatile volatility, together with the air leaving the hydrochloric acid absorption, a subsequent catcher (water-irrigated scrubber) is placed.

ОбразовавщуЕос  в результате конденсации легколетучую органическую жидкость вместе с водой вывод т из кон№ 85585- 2 -In the adiabatic absorption of hydrogen chloride, after selective absorption of hydrogen chloride and the formation of hydrochloric acid, a mixture of volatile vapor and water is subjected to condensation in a mixing condenser. As a result of condensation, an volatile organic liquid together with water is drawn from cone 85585-2 -
