Description
(54). ELECTRICAL INSULATING WASHING MACHINE
The invention relates to electrical engineering and can be applied, in particular, in the manufacture of electric welding equipment for impregnating windings. Electroinsulating impregnating compositions for electrical equipment based on epoxy resins and H1 type anhydride hardeners are known. However, these compositions have insufficient processability and thermal stability. Also known is an electrically insulating impregnating composition containing epoxy resin, a solvent and a modifying additive, which uses polyvinyl acetal 3 as the disadvantage. The disadvantages of this composition are low storage stability and low technological stability during operation as well as low thermal stability. The purpose of the invention is to create an electro-impregnating composition having a high thermal stability in combination with improved processability. The goal is achieved by the fact that the electrical insulating composition containing epoxy resin, hardener and modifying agent contains a mixture of polyoxyalkylene glycol and tetraethoxysilane as a modifying agent, and isomethyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride (iso-MTHPDD) as a diverter in the following ratio of components (weight ): Epoxy resin 100 Polyoxyalkylene glycol 10-60 Tetraethoxysilane 4-10 Isomethyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride 60-90 The reality of this invention can be illustrated by the following examples. Erami. Example 1. 100 weight.h. ED-20 epoxy resin is mixed at room temperature with 90 parts by weight. iso-MTHFA and 70 parts by weight are added. mixtures of polyoxypropylene with a molecular weight of 2000 and tetraethoxysilane (the ratio of components in a mixture of 6: 1, respectively). The viscosity of the obtained impregnating composition at 60 ° C - 28 s according to VZ-4 remains stable for more than 1 day. The polymerization is carried out at for 16 hours. The viability of the composition at the impregnation temperature () is not
