Description

(54) METHOD OF CONTROL OF QUALITY OF PRODUCTS The invention relates to instrumentation engineering and can be used for nondestructive quality control of materials and products using acoustic emission (AE). There is a method of quality control of products, which means that the product is loaded, the AE signals are recorded and the quality of the product 1 is judged by the parameters of these signals. However, this method does not take into account the effect of the strength of the material being monitored and the test conditions on the signal parameters (AE) . The closest in technical incidence to the present invention is the method of quality control of products, which means that the product is loaded, the parameters of the acoustic emission signals are recorded and the defectiveness of the product is judged. At that, the product for which the given load is considered defective AE exceeds the set level 2. The disadvantage of this method is the low reliability of the control results, since the method does not take into account the effect on the amplitude of the AE signals of the loading rate , load test and strength of the material of the product. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of control results. The goal is achieved by measuring the strength of the 4th material of the tested product before loading, by empirical dependence of the amplitude of AE signals on the strength of the material of the product and its loading speed determine the loading rate at which r # 1 acoustic emission signal in the products will be the same and load product at that speed. The method is as follows. On the reference samples, the empirical dependence of the amplitude of AE signals on the strength of the material of the product and the loading rate, as well as the intensity of the signals on the defectiveness of the product for a given strength of its material and the load of testing, is established. Before loading the controlled article, the strength of its material is measured. Based on the empirical dependence of the amplitude of the AE signals on the strength of the material's plastics and its loading rate, the loading rate at which the amplitude is determined

The same as in a product with given strength. The product is loaded at this speed and simultaneously with loading before loading, and the intensity of the AE signals is recorded. The intensity of AE signals in a controlled product at this rate of loading is compared with the empirical dependence of the intensity of AE on the defectiveness of the product and judge its quality.
