Изобретение относитс к неразрушающему контролю и может быть использовано дл контрол прочности материалов изделий по сигналам акус- тической эмиссии (АЭ).The invention relates to non-destructive testing and can be used to control the strength of materials of products based on acoustic emission (AE) signals.
The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of detection of dangerous defects by determining the parameters of cyclic loading of the product between two static loads, taking into account the dependence of the cyclic durability of the material with the most dangerous defect for the structure.
(2).The drawing shows the curves of cyclic durability of the material: with the most dangerous defect (1) and defect-free (2).
The method of acoustic emission control of the strength of materials is carried out as follows.
обнаруженный по сигналам АЭ при первом статическом нагружении дефект про вит себ по сигналам АЭ при повторном статическом нагружении, при этом не произойдет подрастание дефекта .The product is loaded with a static load at a constant speed in the elastic region of deformation, while AE signals are recorded. Then the product is loaded cyclically at voltages x 5 exceeding the fatigue limit 3 of the material with the most dangerous defect for this construction (but less than the limit (5 yf fatigue-free fatigue material). The number N of cycles is determined by the dependence of 1 cyclic durability of the material defect at a voltage in the cycle equal to the fatigue limit G p of the defect-free material. Relationship 2 characterizes the cyclic durability of the defect-free material. The product is re-loaded with a static load Significantly registers the AE signals. The strength properties of the construction material are determined from the AE signals recorded at the first and second static voltages. It was experimentally established that the cyclic loading of the structure with the number of cycles N in the load range GyJ can be performed in such a way that A defect not detected by AE signals at the first static loading will manifest itself by AE signals at repeated static loading, while the defect will not grow.
Thus, the proposed method makes it possible to increase the reliability of control through the detection of defects not detected by AE signals at the first static loading.
