Abstract
<P>Four comprenant un tube à feu et une chambre finale de combustion située axialement en aval de celui-ci, et muni d'un passage rétréci entre le tube à feu et la chambre de combustion finale. </P><P>Le passage est situé dans une paroi de séparation définissant l'extrémité interne du tube à feu et un certain nombre de gorges ouvertes vers le tube à feu et dirigées trangentiellement par rapport à un cercle imaginaire, inscrit à l'intérieur dudit passage, sont formées dans la surface inclinée de ladite paroi. Известна топка, содержаща жаровую трубу с расположенньпуги на входе горелкой, а на выходе - конфузором, снабженным завихрителем и подключенным центральным отверстием к камере дожигави С ЗНедостатками известного устррйств вл ютс сложность конструкции и низ ка эффективность сжигани топлива. Цель изобретени - повышение эффективности сжигани и упрощение конструкции. Указанна цель достигаетс тем, что завихритель образован канавками выполненными в стенке конфузора со стороны, обращенной к полости жаровой трубы, и расположенными тангенциально к воображаемой окружности, вписанной в отверстие конфузора. Кроме того, канавки выполнены сужающимис в направлении к отверстию конфуэора. На фиг. 1 изображена топка, продольный разрез; на фиг. 2 - завихри тель. Топка содержит жаровую трубу 1 с расположенными на входе горелкой 2, а на выходе - конфузором 3, снабженным завихрителем 4 и.подключенным центральным отверстием 5 к камере дожигани 6. Завихритель 4 образован канавками 7, расположенными тангенциально к воображаемой окружности 8. Камера дожигани 6 подклйчаетс ДБГМОгарными трубка ли 9 к газоходу 10. Дл отвода пара служат патрубки 11. Пунктирна лини 12 показывает уровень воды. При работе топки топливо подаетс в горелку и горит в жаровой трубе 1. Однако в результате охлаждени через наружную стенку жаровой трубы 1, омываемую водой, топливо,сгорает в последней неполностью, а недогоревшее топливо через завихритель 4, образованный канавками 7, направл етс в камеру дожигани 6, где и догорает. The firebox contains a flame tube 1 with a burner 2 located at the inlet, and a confuser 3 equipped with a swirler 4 and connected by a central hole 5 to the afterburning chamber 6 at the outlet. The swirler 4 is formed by grooves 7 located tangentially to an imaginary circle 8. The afterburner 6 is connected DGMOgarny tube 9 to the flue 10. For the removal of steam are the pipes 11.
