(54) EVAPORATOR BURNER The invention relates to evaporative burners and can be used, for example, in car boilers of refrigerated trains. According to the main author. EV i P 417054 is a known burner comprising a body of an evaporation chamber with a plate installed at the outlet, a reflector on remote legs, and a pipe for supplying air. The plate is made removable and provided with circumferential nozzles for evaporating fuel. The disadvantage of this design is low performance due to the complexity of service. The purpose of the invention is to improve performance by simplifying maintenance. The goal is achieved by the fact that the pipe is made integral with the slab, and connected to the body with threads. The drawing shows the proposed burner, a longitudinal section. The burner includes an evaporation chamber body 1 with a plate 2 installed at the outlet, a reflector 3 at the distance legs 4, and an air supply pipe 5. The plate 2 is made removable and provided with circumferential nozzles 6 for evaporating the fuel. The trumpets 5 are made integral with the slab 2, and with the housing 1 are connected, not with a thread. Gaskets 7 and 8 and nut 9 are used for sealing. Bowl 10 is used for igniting the burner. The burner works as follows. When the burner is fully heated, the liquid fuel is heated in the housing 1 and in the form of vapor through the nozzles 6 in the stove 2 enters the combustion zone, where it mixes with the air coming in through the pipe 5 and burns. The hot stream is directed by the extractor 3, abutting the distance legs 4 against the walls of the pipe 5, into the internal volume of the furnace. To ignite the burner, the bowl 10 is filled with fuel, which is ignited, and due to its combustion, the burner and the fuel are heated up. mountains in the housing 1 of the evaporation chamber. When cleaning the burner, the nut 9 is unscrewed and the casing 1 is disconnected from the pipe 5 and the plate 2, all surfaces where deposition is possible.
