(54) SOLENOID ELECTROMAGNETIC DEVICE The invention relates to electromagnetic devices containing a pair of magnetizable elements moving relative to each other and winding through which an electric current is passed to induce a magnetic field causing the magnetized elements to move each other. A solenoid-type solenoid device is known, containing a magnetic system consisting of two core elements and a core, and a winding Til. However, this device does not allow to increase the response speed. The aim of the invention is to increase the response speed of the operation. To achieve this goal, one of the elements of the magnetic system is made with cavities located one behind the other, and the other element of the magnetic systems is provided with a number of protrusions that enter the corresponding cavities and have a width and height that is smaller than the cavities, at least in some of the cavities windings connected between the battle so that any of the two depressions with the windings having the same direction are separated by a depression in which there is either no winding, either in the winding located in this depression e. Noah s direction. In addition, in the indicated device, one of the elements of the magnetic system can be made cylindrical, the other - annular, and protrusions and imxi can be formed in this way (screw cutting on the corresponding surfaces of the indicated elements of the mag | N1P system. In the specified device screw cutter can be made with two sets or number of sets, a multiple of two Besides, the windings can be made from one piece of wire. The electromagnetic device can be made so that the winding of one of the cavities can be wound on the direction to one end of the magnet element of the system, and return to the other end of the adjacent cavity of this element of the magnetic system. The element of the magnetic system, which has a hollow, can be made with an opening and a winding passes through it. The proposed device can be so that several windings can be placed in each cavity. In addition, a solenoid type electromata device can be arranged so that the element with protrusions surrounds the element with cavities, the devices are provided with additional an annular magnetic system made with depressions and surrounding the main element of the magnetic system, having protrusions, while the main element of the magnetic system mentioned above has additional protrusions arranged so that the depressions of the secondary element correspond to the additional projections of the main element of the magnetic system A winding is placed in each of the valleys of the additional ring element. In this case, the electromagnetic device can be designed so that the bevels of the projections and depressions of the main and additional elements of the magnetic system can be directed at an angle to each other. The invention is illustrated in the drawings, where: in FIG. I - electromagnetic device of the solenoid type, side view, sectional, on flash 2 - enlarged section of a part of the device according to FIG. 1, FIG. 3 8 - various options are made of the solenoid type electromagnetic device. The proposed device comprises a core 1 having a protrusion with a thread 2 at one of its ends, with which it is connected to the supporting element 3. An element 4 having a hole through which a threaded protrusion with a radial hole passes through the core and the supporting element. Ring core 5 is placed around core 1, and element 4 is designed to limit the axial displacement of the core and the core of each other. At the other end of the cardiac core there is a sleeve 6, which centers the core and the measles relative to each other. The core 1 and the measles 5 are filled. “This magnetized material, Cavity 7 is made in the core 1, into which the protrusions 8 are made, made on the bark 5. The projections and buckles are made using a two-thread screw cut, but generally the number of entries can be any . In the case of a two-way threading, the core has depressions 7 and 9, and on the crust protrusions 8 and 1O are made, which enter the depressions 7 and 9. In FIG. Figures 1 and 2 show examples of screw surfaces that have the same profiles, but the profiles may be different. In the cavities 7 and 9 windings 11 and 12 are placed, in this case executed in the form of one coil. The windings are made from one piece of wire that is wound from one end (preferably threaded) of the core through a helical line through a transverse hole 13 made at the other end of the core and back through the helix to the threaded end of the core. The protrusions 8 and 1O have radially arranged lateral faces 14, which when not in use (without current in the windings) are located at some distance parallel to the lateral facets 15 of the depressions 7 and 9. Other faces 16 of the projections 8 and 10 are inclined, and other faces 17 of the depressions 7 and 9 are made inclined. The axial distance between the faces 16 and 17 is much larger than the axial distance between the faces 14 and 15. The device works as follows. When current is applied to windings 11 and 12, a magnetic flux is induced around them, which passes through core 1, through two gaps, defined by the distance between two pairs of faces 14 and 15 and across the core. 5. At the same time, the core and the core begin to move relative to each other. so as to reduce the distance between faces 14 and 15, due to the different direction of the current in windings 11 and 12, the magnetic flux around these windings is directed towards each other. .o in any gap the direction of the magnetic flux created by the two windings is the same. The path for the scatter flow between the faces 16 17 is created sufficiently large due to the corresponding configuration and thread pitch.
FIG. 3 shows a winding comprising two turns that can be connected in parallel or in series. In this case, the surfaces of the valleys and grooves have a different profile.
FIG. 4 shows measles, which is considerably thinner, FIG. 1-3. Performing the core thin reduces the inertia of the device. In the device, the measles is made of a material with a large electrical resistance and low magnetic permeability, for example, pure iron obtained by sintering.
Fig. 5 shows an embodiment of the device where the depressions have minimum dimensions and the gaps between the faces of the depressions and protrusions are minimal.
FIG. 6 shows an embodiment of the device where the winding has four turns.
12.FIG. 7 in each trough there are two different windings CK 11 and 12. At the same time, at the beginning, the current is supplied to the winding 11, which induces a stream causing partial saturation of the core and core. Then serves the current in the winding 12.
FIG. 8 shows another embodiment of the device.
18there is an additional annular element of the magnetic system 18, made with depressions, and the protrusions of the core are arranged in the depressions of the core 1 and the element 18
It should be noted that in all variants, with multiple-cutting, with an even number of approaches, the cutting of two cavities with windings are divided by a hollow without winding if the current in the windings has the same direction. If the current in the windings is in the opposite direction, then the windings can be laid in all cavities.
In addition, it should be noted that the described embodiments of the solenoid type electromagnetic device are related to unilateral devices, i.e. core and measles move only in one direction. Two-way action can only be when using two similar. devices installed towards each other.
Поворотное усилие может быть скомпенсировано с помощью другого устройства, имеющего гфотивоположный угол подъема винтовой линии, при этом осевые усили , возникающие в этих устройствах, будут складыватьс .In all the described embodiments of the solenoid-type electromagnetic device, the protrusions and valleys are located along a screw line. At the same time, along with the axial force impinging on the displacement of the core and the core relative to each other, a turning force also arises. The magnitude of this force will depend on the elevation angle of the helix, and the elements of the magnetic system must be set in such a way as to prevent torsion. The pivot force can be compensated for by using another device having a substantially opposite helix angle, with the axial forces arising in these devices being added.
