The invention relates to refrigeration technology, in particular rotary expansion machines-expanders. According to the main author. St. No. 565159 is known for an expander comprising a housing with exhaust and inlet connections and lead and driven rotors placed in the housing, with an impeller mounted rotatably in the exhaust pipe, which is hollow with perforated walls and filled with sound-absorbing material. A disadvantage of the known device is that the impeller in the exhaust pipe reduces the level of the shum, but does not eliminate the pulsation of the exhaust. The purpose of the invention is to reduce noise by reducing gas pulsations during exhaust. The goal is achieved by the fact that the impeller at the end facing the inside of the body is made with openings communicating with the impeller cavity. FIG. 1 shows the expander, a longitudinal section; in fig. 2, section A-A in FIG. 1. The expander includes a housing I with inlet 2 to the outlet 3. nozzles and the leading 4 and the driven 5 rotors placed in the housing. In the inlet pipe 3 is installed impeller 6, the blades 7 of which are made of elastic material, for example, rubber. At the inner end of the impeller 6, holes 8 are made communicating with its internal cavity. The expander works as follows. Compressed air through the inlet pipe 2 enters the part-set, rotates 4, 5 in rotation, and after adiabatic expansion through the exhaust pipe 3 is supplied to the consumer. The passage through the nozzle 3, the air rotates the impeller 6, while kinetic energy is consumed, which ensures a decrease in the level of the schum. In addition, the air through the holes 8 passes
