Description
у/гектроизолиционный материал, еосто п.1ий из асбеCTOBoii ocHjBi.i и св зующей добавки .It is proposed to have an insulating material / hectro-insulating material, which consists of an asbestos CTOBoii ocHjBi.i and a binding additive.
д. Основным недостатком подобных материалов вл етс их высока стоимость и невозможность их вальцевани .Electroinsulating materials used in electromyshly, such as instrumentation, are widely known. mikashelk, asbestos II glass tapes and fabrics, glass cloth, fiberglass laminate, etc. The main disadvantage of such materials is their high cost and the impossibility of their rolling.
The proposed electrical insulation dione 11 materials ;; is classified as electrical insulation, is more demanding, can roll and can replace the above known materials in many cases.
In order to increase the thaw and frost resistance and the ability to roll, synthetic and natural rubbers have been used as a binding material.
When re-describing the described material as a cabinet insulation of an electric machine allows better use of the winding space, due to the possibility of obtaining the specified material of smaller thickness than

п. св зуюnUic . тение описываемого aтepиaлa в листах производитс тем же способом, как и производство иаронита. The formulation of the material may vary: for example, in order to increase its heat resistance. as well as electrical strength, butyl rubber, silicone rubber, etc. are connected to the rubber group. The fabrication of the described material in sheets is produced in the same manner as the production of ionit. Klingerite. and other gasket materials. The Boii material is manufactured in a thickness of 0.08-2mm. Thicker material is made by gluing thin sheets with rubber glue, followed by calendering or pressing. The rolled material with a thickness of 0.05 mm to 2 mm is produced by the method of continuous hot rolling. In order to improve heat resistance, water resistance and improve the electrical insulation qualities of the cast material, the latter can be impregnated with silica organosimeters, electrical insulating lacquers, oils, etc., moreover, impregnating compositions can be introduced directly into the mass before its rolling. The table shows the main properties of the described material:
