Description

The invention relates to agricultural machinery.

A secateur is known, which, at the turning point, contains cutting and irotarezhuschuyu knives with holders inserted into the longitudinal cavity of the removable handles, fastening elements of the handles to the holders with sockets AND the spring of the divorce of the knives 1.

A disadvantage of the known device is the inconvenience of assembling and replacing removable handles.

The purpose of the invention is to improve the ease of assembly and replacement of removable pens.

This goal is achieved by the fact that the nest on the holder is made in the form of a cutout placed in the handle and a transverse cavity, extravagant in the handle, and the fastening elements of the handles have the form of a disc with a pie lug at the end, inserted into the nest, while at the other end the disk is a cylindrical protrusion. In addition, parallel to the longitudinal cavity of the removable handles: an additional cavity is inserted.

The pruner contains cutting .1 and 2 cutting knives interconnected by means of a hinge 3, holders 4, each of which is located in the plane of its own bed, plastic removable handles 5, elements 6 for attaching handles to knife holders and spring 7 for divorcing holders opposite sides.

Holders 4 are inserted into the longitudinal cavity of 8 plastic handles 5.

The longitudinal cavity 8 of each plastic handle is offset from its geometrical axis, coinciding with the plane of resistance of the knives 1 and 2.

The fastening elements of the plastic handles to the knife holders have the form of a disk 9 with a sector protrusion 10 on one end and a cylindrical coaxial lug with an iW and another.

The nest 12 at the base has a narrowing / 5 of a diameter that is smaller than the diameter of the spring, which guarantees reliable securing during shears, even if it is hooked to a branch of a tree or shrub.

Spring 7 is inserted into seat 12 through restriction 15 due to the elastic deformations of the spring itself.

After assembly, the pruner is ready for use, just like regular scissors.

The handles of the pruner are completely identical despite the cavity displacement relative to its geometric longitudinal axis and are interchangeable.

Such a pruner is easy to manufacture, technologically advanced and due to the labor-intensiveness of the production, saving plastics with the weight of the handles due to the presence of a closed empty space ensuring | material savings.
