Description
(54) RESISTANT MATERIAL
This invention relates to electronic engineering and may be used to make thick film resistors. A resistive material 1 containing May.%: Ruthenium hydroxychloride 2.2-19.25, lead borosilicate glass 57.7-74.7, and an organic binder 20.1-26.05 is known. The disadvantage of the known material is the narrow region of resistance of thick-film resistors based on it (10-300 ohms / kV) and high values of the temperature coefficient of resistance (TKS) (up to 500-10 1 С). f2, containing wt.%: ruthenium dioxide 0.7-20, lead oxide 70-82 and silica 9-23. A disadvantage of the known resistive material is the large temperature coefficient of resistance (up to 549-10 1 ° C) and low ( up to 3%) stability is consistent at increased humidity. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the temperature coefficient of the resistance co and increase the stability of resistors at elevated humidity. The goal is achieved by the fact that the known material containing lead oxide, kremen dioxide and ruthenium dioxide also contains copper oxide at the following quantitative ratio components, wt.%: Lead oxide .70-80 Silicon dioxide 10-25 Ruthenium dioxide 3-10 Copper oxide 0.5-10 Introduction to the composition of the resistive material copper oxide allows to obtain thick lenochnye resistors resistances in the range from 5 to 1 Mohm com having dimensional stability during prolonged vozdeyst; CB Wii for 30 days) high humidity (98%) not more than 1% and TCS - no more IOO-IO I / C. : Powdered lead oxide, silica, ruthenium dioxide, copper oxide are thoroughly mixed. From the resulting mass pressed tablets. The tablets are placed in a corundum crucible and the synthesis is carried out in a muffle
печи при 950-990°С в течение 0,510-ти ч.oven at 950-990 ° C for 0.510 hours
The synthesized material is ground in a planetary mill for 10 hours. The resulting fine powders of the resistive composition are thoroughly mixed with an organic binder, applied to ceramic substrates and burned in a conveyor oven at 8.0 ~ 850 s.
