The disadvantage of this method is also the low content of digestible pharmaceutical P-jOjB fosmuck (no more than 7-9%), mostly lemon soluble, which allows its use.
Another disadvantage is the loss of nitrogen in ammonia water in an atmosphere of air, since it is not bound to a chemically resistant compound.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the content of an assimilable form of nutrients while reducing losses and preserving the environment.
5-7.The goal is achieved by the fact that in the process of processing phosphate flour by mixing it with ammonia water, the phosphate rock is pretreated with a mixture of O, 3-0.8% nitric acid and 0.1-0.5% phosphoric acid in for 10-30 minutes with a ratio of acids in the mixture (4-12): 1, T: W1: (50-100), and ammonia water is added to pH 5-7.
Интервал соотношений азотной и фосфорной кислот в смеси, примен емый дл предварительной обработки фосфоритной муки, вл етс .The ratio of acids in the mixture (in mass or molar fractions) is easy to calculate, taking into account their concentration in the boundary values of the solid to liquid ratios during the implementation of the method. The range of ratios of nitric and phosphoric acids in the mixture used for the pretreatment of phosphate rock is.
Дл этого соотношени кис лот в смеси выход усво емых форм питательных веществ имеет наибольшее значение.essential and meets the ratio of 4: 1-12: 1. For this ratio of acids in a mixture, the yield of assimilable forms of nutrients is of greatest importance.

Т а б л и ц а 3. Концентраци HNOg 0,5%, Т:Ж 1:100,С 30 мин, .Maintaining the pH range of 5-7 with the addition of ammonia water can broaden the range of application of the resulting high-performance fertilizer on various soils of the country, and mainly on the soils of the Chernomorez plant. This interval allows the biological exchange in the fertile layer to be kept at a constant level "to reduce the loss of nitrogen-containing substances by a factor of 10 and not to disturb the environment. The essence of the proposed method is that when mixing phosphate flour (phosphate slags) with a mixture of 0.3-0.8% nitric and 0.10, 5% phosphoric acid, there is a complete dissolution, and after adding ammonium water, precipitation the main nutritional component that cotoil goes into easy-to-shape plant form. Moreover, with the help of additives of various amounts of American water, it is possible to regulate the formation of one or another assimilable form: water soluble or acid reaction, selecting for this the appropriate pH, adding nutrient suspension to the soil. Nitrogen ammonia water is then firmly bound to stable chemical compounds, forming a g "{natural saltpeter, which is a valuable milk fertilizer. In this way, the possibility of loss of valuable nutrients is completely eliminated, and the environmental pollution by harmful chemicals doesn’t cause the contamination of the environment. From the data table. 2 that the most complete phosphate is transferred from the phosphate rock to the digestible plants at a HHOj concentration of 0.3% and yours. With zyachenin HNOJ concentration of 0.8%, an almost complete dissolution of the phosphate part of the phosphomus is observed. Further, higher concentrations lead to unproductive consumption of acid. In tab. Figure 3 shows the results of experiments showing the effect of phosphoric acid on the uptake of phosphomus and. In the process of mixing, the phosphoric acid is consumed on the binding of the pulp and magnesium contained in the phosphate rock. This is indicated by the yriy and results in fertilizer c. easy to learn form. Table 3. Notes. Concentration of HNOg 0.5%, T: F 1: 100, C 30 min.
When the concentration of H. jPO4 is less than 0.1% of phosphoric acid, it is obviously not enough to completely bind excess calcium and magnesium, therefore the P / j Of value is not significantly absorbed. With an increase in concentration from 0.1% to 0.5%, the digestibility is most complete. A further increase in concentration yields nothing, since Rlo is almost completely in an assimilable form.
From the data table. 4 it follows that in order to achieve the most complete transition into the solution it takes 10 minutes and upon reaching 30 minutes a complete formation of an absorbable form takes place.

When the pH value is less than 5.0, it is more in water-soluble form, but when it is introduced into the soil, such a phosphite is often lost (washed out by rain, etc.) 5 therefore it is necessary to obtain a digestive phosphate, which is slightly soluble in water.
From the data table. 6 it follows that the most digestible form is in the range of pH from 5 to 7, a further increase in pH leads to the formation of poorly understood forms of PgOj - and at the same time there is a loss of nitrogen.
