Изношенные, колодки замен ютс новыми, и производитс сборка тормоза в обратном пор дке .The invention relates to mechanical engineering. Brakes are known in which the housing consists of a cylinder block and a movable caliper, which is pressed against interchangeable guides on a fixed support by means of springs. Inside the case there are brake pads pressed against the ends of the peripheral part of the disc. The pressing of the pads is carried out with the help of a special spring. The disadvantages of such brakes are uneven wear of the caliper shelves leading to distortions and spring wear. The purpose of the invention is. the creation of reliable units for the movement of brake columns and caliper. This goal is achieved by making cuts in the form of pads in the fixed support. The inner surface of the caliper also repeats the shape of the pads. In this way, a guide frame is created securing the shoe on all four sides. The caliper is pressed against the block with the use of two double-arm fork arms, hinged on a fixed axis. The short arms of the levers are the base of the fork and interact with the protrusions of the caliper, and the long shoulders are the teeth of the fork and are spring-loaded to the fixed support. Figure 1 shows the brake, view from the side of the wheel; figure 2 is the same, top view; on fig.Z - section aa in figure 1. The fixed support 1 of the disk torus mosaic, the circumference of the brake disc 2 has perpendicular planes 3 rotation discs corresponding to the shape of the pad 4. The support 5, surface 6, corresponding to the shape of the pad, rests on the pads 4, thus using the surfaces 3 and 6 A frame for moving the brake pads. The guide arms 7 of the caliper 5 are pressed with a short shoulder to the two shoulders clamping levers 8, creating a guide apparatus for the caliper. The two shoulders levers 8 rotate on the fingers 9 installed in the holes of the fixed support 1. The axes of the holes are perpendicular to the plane of rotation of the brake disc 2. The long arms of the levers are elastic elements 10. A gap is left between the support and the levers - 5. This gap takes into account manufacturing errors and thermal expansion of brake parts. The width of the guides of the protrusions 7 of the caliper 5 is less than the width of the short arm of the levers 8 (L I), which prevents uneven wear of the guide projections 7. The caliper 5 made of steel or cast iron is connected in a known manner to the cylinder block 11 and may have different number of cylinders. . Disc brake works as follows. When the brake fluid is injected into the cylinders of the block 11, the pistons 12 move, pressing the pad to the brake disc 2 directly by the pistons 12, and the other block is pressed under the action of the reaction from the side of the caliper 5. During braking, the guides 7 move along the surface of the short arms of the levers 8 which are urged to the caliper by ELASTIC elements, e.g. springs. The caliper 5 also moves along the surface of the brake pad 4 pressed against the brake disc 2 by the pistons 12. Replacing the brake pads 4 after the wear of the friction linings is very simple. The fingers 9 are removed and the fingers 9 are pulled out, the clamping levers 8 and the caliper 5 are removed. Worn, the pads are replaced with new ones, and the brake is assembled in reverse order.
