Работа устройства начинаетс  с включени  механизма 5 подачи, который, перемеща  акустическую головку 4, прижимает полимерные детали 10, установленные в кондукторе 3 между рабочим торцом концентратора 6 и стержн ми 7. Затем включаютс  ультразвуковые колебани . Под действием ультразвуковых колебаний и давлени  от механизма 5 подачи стержни режущих инструментов 7 внедр ютс  в полимерные детали 10. После того, как стержни прорежут насквозь полимерные детали 10, выключаютс  ультразвуковые колеба,ни  и одновременно механизм 5 подачи отводит акустическую головку 4 в исходное положение. Под действием упругих элементов 9 кондуктор 3 возвращаетс  в исходное положение и стержни режущих инструментов 7 выход т из полимерных деталей 10.The operation of the device begins with the activation of the feed mechanism 5, which, by moving the acoustic head 4, presses the polymer parts 10 installed in the conductor 3 between the working end of the concentrator 6 and the rods 7.
