The invention relates to the apparatus design of the sorption process and can be used to extract valuable components from liquid ion exchangers and regenerate them. A sorption column is known, holding a cylindrical body with inlet and phase connections, in the upper part of which a drainage device is placed, and the lower part of the body is equipped with a D-1 ion exchanger. The disadvantage of this column is the low degree of extraction of the target component due to the uneven distribution of the ion exchanger over the cross section of the column. The purpose of the invention is to intensify the process of mass transfer due to uniform distribution of the ion exchanger over the cross section of the column. The goal is achieved by the fact that the drainage device is made in the form of two hollow, coaxially mounted cones, hermetically connected with large bases, and the filter cups are fixed on the lower truncated cone. In the drawing a schematic representation of the proposed sorption column, a longitudinal section. The sorption column contains a cylindrical body 1 with a drainage device 2 made in the form of two hollow, coaxially installed truncated cones 3 and 4, hertically connected with large bases to filter cups 5. The body is equipped with a hydraulic lock 6, outlet pipes 7 and 8 solution inlets, a branch pipe 9 output ionite and receiver 10 ion exchanger. The receiver 10 of the ion exchanger has a tubular drainage 11, a nozzle 12 of the output of the ion exchanger, a valve 13 and the nozzle 14 of the liquid outlet. The column works as follows. The original section through the pipe 8 is fed to the bottom of the column, fully loaded with ion exchanger, filtered through a dense layer of ion exchanger and output from the column through the drainage device 2, pipe 7 and the hydraulic lock 6. In the upper part of the housing 1 comes dehydrated ionite, lowered along the truncated cone 3 into the ring gap; between the drainage device 2 and the housing 1 and using the lower cone 4 is evenly distributed over the cross section of the column.
12.In a given program, the valve 13 opens and the liquid is drained from the pipe 14, as a result of which the receiver is filled with an ion exchanger. At the same time, the sorbent layer in the column is lowered. When the receiver is filled with 10 ion exchangers, the valve 13 is closed and the ion exchanger is expelled from the receiver 10 through the nozzle 12.
