(54) HYDRAULIC SHOCK-OFF MECHANISM
The invention relates to the mining industry and relates to hydraulic percussion mechanisms, mainly for percussion mining machines. Hydropneumatic percussion device is known, including a housing, a striker, a pilot valve, a pilot valve, and a working tool that interacts with the plungers, the cavities of which through the choke are connected to the cocking chamber. The kinetic energy of the working tool in this mechanism is quenched due to the fluid being pushed out by the plungers through the throttle and cocking cavity into the drain line I. However, to quench all the kinetic energy of the moving tool, a large amount of pressure is required in the cavity of the plungers. In addition, in the absence of tool contact with the rock, the mechanism continues to operate, i.e. This device does not provide automatic start-up of the mechanism and its stopping, depending on whether or not the tool-rock system is in contact. The closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is a hydraulic percussion mechanism, comprising a body, a striker marked in it, periodically striking the working tool and driven by the working and idling plungers, which are installed with the possibility of movement in the bushes covering them and form cavities with them, while the cavities of the idle plungers are communicated through channels to the main line connected to the hydraulic distributor 2. The disadvantage of this mechanism PCA consist in the absence of protection against impacts the striker during idle tackle contact mezkdu instrug yuntom and breed. The purpose of the invention is to increase the operational reliability of the mechanism, as well as to ensure the start and stop of the mechanism F depending on the contact between the tool and the rock and to hinder its design. The goal is achieved by the fact that Russes are equipped with choke openings in the sleeves covering the idle plungers, which are located in relation to the direction of the striker in front of the channels that connect the cavities of the plungers to the hydraulic distributor. FIG. 1 schematically presents the proposed mechanism; in fig. 2, node I in FIG. 1. Hydraulic percussion mechanism, comprising a housing 1, a die 2, an idling device, including plunger ry 3 and covering sleeves 4; a working stroke device comprising a plunger 5 and a sleeve b, a rotating valve 7 with an independent drive (not shown), a working tool 8, a spring 9, a pressure head 10 and a drain 11 line. Cavity 12 of the plungers 3 idling through: the inlet channels 13 and the Rusa throttle holes 14, the annular groove 15, the window 16 and the line 17 is connected to the valve 7. The cavity 18 of the plunger 5 of the stroke through the windows 19 and 20 and the line 21 is connected to the pressure line 10. Hydraulic shock mechanism works as follows. The feeding device (not shown), with the effort necessary to overcome the elastic force of the spring 9, presses the tool 8 against the fractured rock. The tool 8 is moved to the right (according to the drawing) up to the stop into the mechanism housing. At the same time, the end face of the tool B., which strikes the striker 2, occupies a position in which at the moment of the impact the idle plungers 3, which move along with the striker 2, do not reach and do not overlap the inlet ducts 13 connecting the cavities 12 With the valve 7. In this operating mode, the Rus throttle holes 14 do not affect the operation of the mechanism. The return forward movement of the striker 2 is ensured by periodically connecting by means of a hydraulic distributor 7 cavities 12 to a pressure 10 and a drain 1 main m. When connecting cavities 12 to the porous main 10, the hammer head 2 idles under the influence of idle plungers 3 and 5 stroke. When connecting 12 to the drain line 11, the firing pin 2, under the influence of force acting on it from the plunger 5 of the working stroke, makes a working stroke, at the end of which strikes the tool 8. In case of a sudden violation of tact between the tool and the rock, removal of the mechanism from the rock or the inclusion of a mechanism that is not tight to the breed; the mechanism works as follows. The spring 9 tool 8 presses to the extreme left (according to the drawing) poloenie. Having completed the working stroke, the striker 2, the encounter of the impact end of the tool 8, continues to move to the left, the punters 3 block the inlet channels 13. Now all the liquid from the strips 12 is pushed out of the thrusts of the droplet holes 14. The pressure of the fluid in the cavity 12 due to differential pressure on the throttle holes x 14 increases dramatically and counteracts the movement of the striker 2. During the period of movement of the plungers 3 from the moment of shutting off the inlet channels 13 to the moment of blocking the first along the throttle hole 14, the total hydraulic resistance remains constant constant. As the speed of movement of the striker 2 decreases, the flow rate through the orifices 14 also decreases and the pressure in cavity 12 drops. At the moment when the first plunger 3 of the throttle hole 14 closes, the total hydraulic resistance increases abruptly, causing an increase in fluid pressure B of the cavity 12. During the movement of the striker 2 from the moment the first throttle hole 14 closes to the second throttle hole 14, the hydraulic resistance of the remaining throttle .holes permanently. The decreasing speed of the striker 2 causes a decrease in fluid flow through the orifice ports 14, and the pressure in the cavity 12 drops. At the time of blocking the second by. As the plungers 3 of the throttle bore 14 move, the total hydraulic resistance of the throttle bores increases, causing an increase in pressure in the cavity 12, etc. In this way. Moving to the left, the plunger 3 alternately blocks the throttle bores 14, thereby causing an abrupt increase in fluid pressure in the cavities, 12. The dowel 2 is braked and by the time it hits the casing 1 of the mechanism, the speed of the dowel 2 is reduced to a safe value, while the leftmost throttle hole 14 remains uncovered. After the valve 7 connects the cavities 12 through the remaining open throttle holes 14, the annular groove 15, the window 16 to the pressure line 10 under the influence of the difference of forces acting on the hammer 2 from the idle 3 plungers and the working 5 stroke, the hammer 2 begins to move to the right. But due to the large hydraulic resistance of the remaining, open throttle from
