Изобретение относитс к трикотаж рму производству и касаетс сетчато го основов знрго трикотажа/ который может быть использован в различных област х техники, в том числе и в сельском хоз йстве дл предохранени виноградников и других сельскохоз йственных культур от градобити ветра и других неблагопри тных климатических воздействий. Известен сетчатый основгов заный трикотаж, содержащий столбики одинар ных цепочек, соединенные св зуквдими нит ми, образующими платированные .петли с петл ми цепочек ij. Известный трикотаж вл етс одина ным и вырабатываетс в виде полотна на плоских основов зальных машинах с одной игольницей и.ли в виде труб ,ки на плоских основов зальных машинах с двум -игольницами. Цель изобретени - расширение ассортимента трикотажньЬс полотен в случае использовани их в качестве защитных изделий, уменьшение распуЪкаемости петельной структуры. Поставленна цель достигаетс тем что в сетчатом основов заном трикотаже столбики одинарных цепочек развернуты один относительно другого на 180, а кажда св зующа нить йереходит из одного столбика цепочки в соседний так, что ее петли образуют совместно с петл ми двух соседних столбиков цепочек двойное переплетение . Кроме того, трикотаж выполнен гофрированным, при этом в вершинах гофр лежат столбики одинарных цепочек , а стенками служат прот жки пе тель из св зующих нитей.
