Description
(54) BASED ELASTIC STRONGLY
The invention relates to the technology of knitwear, in particular, to the basics of knitted elastic knit containing elastic and inelastic yarns, and can be used for the manufacture of products for linen, bathing and sports purposes. The elastic base is known, a knitted canvas containing soil, which is formed from two systems of inelastic yarns by tricot-leotard interlacing and elastic yarns that are drawn into the ground. Cloths with alternating two open and two closed tricot loops 1. The structure of this elastic canvas is high in content elastic threads in it (15-20%) and a large mass per square meter. The closest to the present invention is a basic elastic web containing soil, which is formed from two systems of inelastic threads by tricotto weave, with loops arranged alternately through one looped row, for example, tricot loops in even rows, and loops - in odd looped rows, i.e., each looped row consists of single-stitched loops. Elastic threads are laid in the ground between the hinge columns and parallel to them and are retained in the canvas due to the fact that the stitches of the tricot loops twist the elastic thread 2. However, the existing structure of the basic elastic canvas does not allow the width and elasticity of the canvas to approach stretch and its elasticity in length. In addition, the disadvantages of such a structure are that the elastic threads are loosely fixed in the looped soil, and the knitwear content is low due to the fact that in each looped row the ground loops are formed by only one comb. The purpose of the invention is to increase the extensibility and increase the quality. The goal is achieved by the fact that elastic lining yarns are arranged in a zigzag manner and fixed between the cores and the stitch loops, while the elastic lining yarns connect adjacent hinge columns of the soil through one looped row. The soil of the canvas is made by tricotting.
FIG. 1 shows the structure diagram.
Эластичные нити ЭI, 3i и т. д. д.the proposed canvas; in fig. 2 - graphic and analytical interlacing records. The fundamentals of an elastic web consists of a soil formed of inelastic threads HI and Ha, and elastic threads 3i and Eg, laid in the soil. The soil of the canvas is made by interlacing tricot-leotard. The front side of the canvas is formed from thread loops AND i, and the inner side is covered with threads for thread loops AND, the elastic threads EI, 3i, etc., are laid in the ground, connecting two adjacent hinge columns, and are located inside the canvas as follows. Thread 3i in row I of looped column A passes between the stitches 1 and 2 of the HI thread and the loop of soil, then thread E crosses the looped row II pass under the loops of the soil loops, and passes into looped column B, where in row III it bends around 3 and 4 yarns Na, also located between them and the loop of the ground, then yarn 3i crosses loop loop IV, sent to the hinge pillar A, and in row V it goes around the yarns 5 and 6 H and so on. .
Three dies are involved in the formation of the web and the drawing is carried out in the following way.
The first comb (rear) is filled with elastic threads, and the second and third comb - non-elastic, conventional threads. The weave soil is formed by the threads of the second and third combs, which are tightly closed tricot loops with a counter-shift in each loop stitch. The elastic threads are laid with the first comb, shifted by two needle steps through one looped row.
The proposed elastic canvas in zhes on the basics of dressing masks “skewer or“ Raschel maschins. Any non-elastic yarns can be used as inelastic yarns, for example, nylon, polyester yarn, cotton, high-speed yarn, etc., and spandex or rubber yarns can be used as elastic yarns. The use of the proposed structure of the basics of a knitted elastic web provides, as compared with the existing elastic web, an increase in stretchability and elasticity in width without an increase in the content of elastic yarns, reliable fixing of elastic yarns in the fabric and an increase in the knitwear content.
