II
The invention relates to winding switches of step transformers under load.
1.Known switches of transformer windings under load, in which the fixed contacts for switching on the current of continuous load, which are parallel to the main contacts, are installed in the wall of the housing of the cylindrical removable assembly. In order to ensure that the removable assembly is pulled in or out respectively, the fixed contacts on their outer side are simultaneously made as sliding contacts, which, when the removable assembly is inserted, abut the connecting contacts 1 in the oil reservoir.
This switch, which ensures reliable insertion or removal of the removable assembly, can cause difficulties at high current strengths, since the additional contact area required between the external sliding surface of the fixed contact of the continuous load and the sliding surface of the connecting contact is fixed
На нем образуетс чужеродный слой и, поскольку он не используетс в период профилактического ухода, снижаетс надежность работы.section during the entire operating period of the tap changer of transformers under load. An alien layer forms on it and, since it is not used during the period of preventive care, the reliability of the work is reduced.
In the proposed switch, the fixed contacts of the long-term connection of the load are located on the inner wall of the cylindrical case of the switch and are connected to the connecting contacts with the help of conductive bolts. The cylindrical removable assembly is thus filled with recesses, which include fixed contacts for long switching on of the load.
In addition, the housing of the removable assembly can be made in the form of three cylindrical shells fixed on two guide plates, with fixed main and auxiliary contacts of one shell located on each shell
FIG. Figure 1 shows a tap changer for transformers under load and with an oil reservoir, section; in fig. 2 - the same cross section; in fig. 3 is a detailed view of the location of the fixed contacts at the oil reservoir. The tap changer of transformers under load consists of a cylindrical oil housing 1 with a removable node 2 inserted into it and a head 3 of a switch of branches where the drive parts enter and go from which to a removable node and then the central drive shaft 4. Removable node 2 has a cylindrical construction Its housing consists of three cylindrical shells 5, 6 and connected respectively to the upper and lower guide plates 8 and 9. Each cylindrical shell carries stationary main and auxiliary contacts 10, 11, 12 and 13 of the same phase, and correspondingly movable the main and auxiliary contacts 14, 15, 16 and 17, working from the contact stick 18 connected to the central drive shaft 4. FIG. 2 shows the performance of one sector, i.e. single phase contact system. Three other sectors are made in the same way. Electrically parallel to the main contacts 10 and 14 or 13 and 17 respectively, contacts 19 and 20 or respectively 21 and 22 are located, switching on the continuous load current that operates without power consumption (Fig. 2). Moreover, the movable contacts 19 or, respectively, 21 switching on the current of continuous load are hingedly connected to the moving main contacts 14 or 17, respectively, and act together with them and with the response contact of switching on the current of the continuous load connected to the wire 23. The fixed contacts 20 and 22 of the switching of the continuous load current are located on cylindrical shells 5, 6 and 7 of the body of the insert - switch of transformer branches under load, and are located directly in the oil body 1 and are connected directly to The external connecting contacts 24, 25 and 26. The movable contacts (Fig. 3) are designed as contact jumpers, so that the moving contacts 19 and 21 for switching on the current of continuous load work together respectively with the contact 27 for switching on the current of continuous load connected to the connecting wire 23, and with a fixed contact 28 for switching on a continuous load current located above it, connected to the neutral wire U. Fixed contacts 20 and 22 (Fig. 3) switching on the continuous load current in such a way that they enter the perimeter of the cylindrical assembly, and respectively in the space remaining free between two adjacent cylindrical shells, for example 5 and 6. At the same time, contact 22 switches on the continuous load current, respectively connected to the connecting wire 29 of the same phase, is located next to the switched on contact 20 of switching on the current of the continuous load of the adjacent phase with the connecting wire 23 and both while maintaining the required safe of audio extend into the gap formed by respective cylindrical shells 5 and 6. The two respective contact incorporation continuous current load connected to the neutral wire are shown in regions A n in FIG. 2. On section B, there are also no both contacts for switching on a continuous load current connected to connecting contacts 24 and 25. Contacts for switching on a continuous current connection 28 and 22 connected to the neutral wire Y, as can be seen in section C of FIG. 2, as well as in FIG. 1 and 3 are arranged respectively above the fixed contacts 20 and 22 or 27 of the switching on of the continuous current, are connected in a U-shape and are respectively provided with one external connecting contact 26, which in this case is connected to the neutral wire Y. Due to the occurrence of the fixed contacts of the continuous load current in the perimeter of the removable unit formed by the cylindrical shells 5, 6 and 7, the contact surfaces of all fixed contacts 10, 12, 13, 20, 22 and 28 are located around the perimeter of approximately one circle. Due to this, the kinetics of moving contacts can be made simpler. To ensure centering when inserting the removable assembly into the oil housing 1, at the lower end of assembly 2, along with the switching resistors 30 located there below the free space formed between two cylindrical shells, for example 5 and 7, there are three guide elements 31 the node initially cover, respectively, two adjacent fixed contacts 20 and 22. With the further introduction of the insert-switch branches of transformers under load for further centering and fixing and the tap-changer branches of transformers under load, the three guide rods 32 then engage into one respectively one raft 33 installed under the fixed contacts 20 and 22. The rods 32 are screwed both with the bottom 8 and with the top 9 of the guide plate detachable unit 2, so that a reliable and stable fixation of removable unit 2 is achieved in the oil housing 1. Fixed contacts 27 and 28 for switching on the current of duration | Noise loads can be replaced inside the oil tank. To do this, first the connecting contacts 24 and 26 were inserted into the wall of the oil reservoir using unrepresented sealing intermediate gaskets, and then fixed contacts 27 and 28 of continuous current switching were connected to these connecting contacts 25 and 26 from the inside.
