Description
The invention relates to metal rot steels, in particular to the production of structural low alloy steels used for heavy-loaded welded structures. For the manufacture of various grades of heavily loaded welded structures, medium- and 1st-grade steels are used (UCHSND, 15KhSND, etc.), which contain scarce alloying components and do not provide high mechanical properties. The use of more durable structural steels, complexly alloyed with active elements, is a reserve for the economical expenditure of metals. Such steel is steel, 14X21MBR, possessing high strength due to grinding the fine structure without additional costs of alloying reinforcing additives 11. The required structure and complex properties of steel are obtained by combining a certain composition of limited alloying and heat treatment (water hardening followed leave). A disadvantage of the known strain is the formation of cold cracks in the welded joints. The proposed steel additionally contains vanadium and titanium in the following ratio of components, weight,%: Carbon 0.11 - - 0.16 Manganese 0.80 - 1.15 Silicon 0.17 - 0.37 Chromium 0.70-1.10 Molybdenum 0.20 - 0.29 Vanadium. 0.03-0.08 Titanium 0.01-0.03 IronEstal. The proposed composition provides the following mechanical properties (after quenching and tempering): Pip 65 kgf / mm, (t52 kgf / mm, d 16%, 2 31 ..., oO 8 kgf., V5.0 kg-cm / cm, LH, “ikjt / r 1ur2T 4.0 kg. cm / cm. invention formula Low-alloy structural steel containing carbon, manganese, silicon, chromium, molybdenum, iron, which, in order to increase weldability, it additionally contains vanadium and titanium
