Description
Таким образом, использование предлагаемого способа получени портландцементного клинкера позвол ет снизить температуру обжига клинкера до ,This invention relates to methods for producing cement clinker. A known method of production is a port of land-cement clinker, which includes preliminary and separate heat treatment of the clay and carbonate components, followed by calcining with Cl. Closest to the present invention is a method for obtaining Portland cement clinker by roasting a thermally processed raw mixture of the following composition,%: CaO 63-66; SiOj 20-22.5; ,, 5-7; 6-8. The sintering temperature of the clinker is 1450 ° C. C2. A disadvantage of the known method of obtaining Portland cement clinker is the high sintering temperature. The purpose of the invention is to intensify the firing process, i.e. decrease in temperature. This goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of obtaining Portland cement clinker by roasting a heat-treated raw mixture of the following composition, wt.%: CaO 63-66; SIO, 20-22.5; 5-7; Fe ,, heat treatment at 1000-12500s is subjected to part of the mixture composition: CaO 58.70-60.30; S i 0, j. 16.40-17.68; LV Oj 2.84-4.14; 1.73-2.35 in the amount of 80-85%, and at 1000-1100 ° С the remaining mixture of the composition: CaO 4.305, 70; SiOu 3.60-4.82; A & QOj 2,162, 86; 4.27-5.65 in an amount of 15-20% with subsequent mixing and roasting of ori 1300-135O C. Preparation and heating of the low-melting activating component separately from the rest of the mixture are necessary in order to maintain the desired low-melting composition before it begins to melt. It is impossible to achieve this in the mixture, as the result of solid-phase reactions is already before. compounds are formed that have a significantly higher melting point than the low-melting component. The advantages of the proposed method of obtaining Portland cement clinker are in that it allows to significantly reduce the temperature of the formation of a highly mobile melt and thereby enhance sintering processes. In addition, the intensification of mineral formation does not require any special additives and is implemented in a mixture of conventional raw materials, conventional methods of separate blending and heating of its constituent parts. EXAMPLE 1 Portland cement clinker is synthesized with the following chemical composition, wt.%: S i Od 20.6; AS20i 5.1; CaO 64.05; RedO, 5, MgQ 3,5; KgO 1.75, The clinker characteristics are as follows: KH 0.93; p 2.04 P 1.02, Clinker is synthesized from chemical reagents of the classification of analytical grade in the form of the following compounds; CaO, A8 (0, |, ,, S i CQ (anhydrous silicic acid.), MDO,. Prepare two mixtures as two separate parts: the base and the activating component. The base has the following chemical composition, wt.%: CaO 61.10; S i 0, 19.70, 3.03; activating component: CaO 2.95; S10, 0.90 ;, 2.07, Fe2.0j 5.00; HgO 3.50; K2.0 1.75. Ac-, tiviziruyushchy to ca-16 wt. Basis - 84 wt.%. Both parts of the mixture are preheated before, after cooling and grinding, mixed in the specified ratios. Strength characteristics of cements are presented in Table. 1. Table 1 Compressive Strength Spo Obtained Known For comparison, a mixture of a similar composition is prepared according to a known method: i.e., by simultaneous mixing of oxide components. The mixture is burned at furnace fB at a given temperature for 30 minutes, followed by air cooling The content of free CaO in the calcine products is given in Table 2. The MDO and Kg O are impurity additives, their content does not exceed the jpor ycTHMHix limits and is only one for the comparable methods inhabited. Table 2 Methods The content of free CaO, roasting, wt.%, At the roasting temperature, from clinker 1250 1300 1 and 2, the proposed treatment method reduces the sintering temperature of clinker by 50-70 ° C and increases its hydraulic activity by 10-12%, with the result that the productivity of the rotary kiln with a dry production method increases by 7-8%. and fuel consumption is reduced by 8-10%. Example 2. The clinker was synthesized from raw materials of the Lipetsk cement plant, the chemical composition of which is given in table. 3. According to the proposed method, the mixture is prepared in the form of two separate parts - the base and the high iron activating composition, the material composition of which is given in Table. 4. The chemical composition of the mixture, its constituents and clinker are given in table. 5 and 6. Both parts of the mixture according to the proposed method are heated separately to 1100-1150s and, after grinding, mixed in a predetermined ratio, wt.%: Activator is 15, base 85. The melting temperature of the activating component is 1180 C. For comparison, ready t mixture in a known manner. The content of free CaO in the calcining products and the change in the strength of the cement are given in table. 7. From table. 7 it follows that, according to the proposed, due to the content of activating, on the basis of the ferric amount of iron oxide, the absorption of Klc oxide is much more intensive than with the existing method and almost completed at 1300 s, which is lower. Thus, the use of the proposed method of obtaining Portland cement clinker reduces the firing temperature of clinker to
