Description
The invention relates to the biochemical treatment of wastewater using microorganisms, in particular wastewater containing mercury ions. There is a known method of purification of waste water from heavy metal ions, including mercury ions, by precipitating them in the form of sulfides (C). The closest to the proposed method is a biochemical sewage purification process from such heavy metal ions as lead mercury, cadmium. The method involves the production of hydrogen sulphide under anaerobic conditions as a result of the vital activity of microorganisms, and then sedimentation of contaminations in the form of feeds 2. However, in the known method, the possibility of cleaning sewage from heavy metal ions is shown in principle, but the concentration limits of removable contaminants are not indicated. The technical implementation of this method simulates a self-flowing reservoir or pond. Therefore, the known method is not very suitable for cleaning large volumes of projected effluent. The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of biochemical treatment of wastewater from mercury ions by treating wastewater under anaerobic conditions with activated sludge containing sulfate reducing bacteria (UHV). This goal is achieved by the fact that wastewater is treated with activated sludge in the presence of a culture of thionic, ammonium-deficient, denitrifying, and saprophytic bacteria. SBB in anaerobic conditions reduce sulfates to hydrogen sulphide, which isoproportionately mercury in the form of insoluble mercury sulfide, and the added microorganisms intensify the viability of UHV. Example. Biochemical purification of wastewater from mercury ions is carried out in a laboratory setup consisting of a culture tank (10 liter dacroschrcanisms, a raw material tank and a settling tank. The process is carried out continuously under anaerobic conditions under the active sludge circulation in for 10 days. Fluid flow rate 0.5 l / h. The biotank temperature is 22-25 s, the mixing speed is not more than 96 rev / kin. Nitrogen is used as a transport gas for active sludge. at ... Biochemical purification is subjected to model wastewater of the following composition, mg / l:
Нитраты18,о.Nitrates18, o.
Ежедневный анализ показывает, что в очищенной воде содержание за 24 ч снизилось с 10 до 1-2 мг/л (стпень очистки от Нд2 80-90%).Daily analysis shows that the content of purified water in 24 hours has decreased from 10 to 1-2 mg / l (purification rate from Hd2 80-90%).
In a parallel experiment, thiol, ammonifying, denitrifying, and saprophytic bacteria, which amount to 20% of the total bacterial counts, are added to the active sludge containing SSC.
99%.The content in the purified veda was less than 0.1 mg / l. The degree of purification increased to 99%.
The use of smoked activated sludge allows the treatment of wastewater from mercury ions to sanitary standards.
Continuous biochemical purification process will allow the treatment of large volumes of wastewater from NbBiirteHHHX from mercury ions.
