Description
The invention relates to lubricants for metal molds in the manufacture of concrete products and can be used in the manufacture of products with the highest demands on the quality of their surface, such as pylons, window sills and staircases. A known lubricant for metal molds, containing two parts by weight of vaseline and one part by weight of ethereal. Such a lubricant makes it possible to obtain a smooth tlj product surface. The disadvantages of this lubricant are the lower melting point, which makes it difficult to apply to the mold, and lack of efficiency. The closest to the proposed one is a lubricant for metal molds in the manufacture of concrete products, including petrolatum and an additive (the soluble salt of aliphatic alf-oxoxycolyte in the following ratio Components, wt.%: Sirlin 99.6 - 99.9 and additive 0, l-0.4t. The lack of lubrication is low adhesive efficiency, which makes it difficult to dismantle products, especially when they are manufactured separately. When using this lubricant, areas with a torn surface layer of concrete are sometimes observed on the surface of the product. The invention’s aim is to reduce the labor costs for the removal of products and improve the quality of their surface by reducing the adhesion of the concrete to the form. metal forms in the manufacture of concrete products, including petrolatum and an additive, contains as an additive metal tartrate from the group: calcium, zinc, copper - in the following ratio of components, wt.%; Vaseline 99.7 - 99.9 Metal tartrate from the group: calcium, zinc, copper 0.1 - 0.3. The lubricant is prepared as follows. The melted vaseline salt of grape acid with the metal of the series: calcium, zinc, copper. The mixture is stirred until the salt is completely dissolved. The resulting grease at room temperature is applied to the mold surface using a rubber roller. Examples of the compositions of the proposed lubricant and the test results are shown in the table.

Increasing the concentration of the additive in petrolatum salts of grape acid with the metal of the series: calcium Zinc, copper - does not lead to a further significant decrease in the adhesion of concrete to form.
