Известны аппараты с устройством дл отделени пара, и они не имеют емкости дл непрерывной подачи сваренной массы дл дальней-, шей переработки.Apparatuses with a device for separating steam are known, and they do not have the capacity for the continuous supply of the welded mass for further processing.

В предложенном аппарате эти недостатки устранены. Он сконструирован таким образом, что служит одновременно дл выдержки массы в течение необходимого количества времени при установленном,давлении и температуре с приспособлением дл улавливани из сваренной массы крупных примесей. Корпус аппарата цилиндрической формы с коническими днищами.The body of the apparatus is cylindrical with conical bottoms.

В верхней части цилиндрического корпуса имеетс тангенциально расположенный штуцер 3 дл впуска выдуваемой массы в аппарат и штуцер 4-дл впуска циркул ционного пара. В нижней части корпуса на приваренном кольце 5 из углового железа установлена решетка 6 из железных прутьев диаметром 12 мм с зазорами 8-10 мм дл улавливани крупных предметов, попавших в аппарат с сырьем.
