Предлагаемый способ определени глубины проникновени рассола при посолке туш основан на использовании различной электропроводимости отдельных слоев псследусмо ткани в зависимости от степени их солености. Способ заключаетс в тол , что в исследуемую ткан; ввод т иглу, имеющую внутри два изолированных друг от друга электрода, концы которых па косам срезе иглы образуют иромежуток , замыкаемый исследуемо тканью.
