Description

Изобретение относитс  к устройствам дл  очистки сточных вод от нефти и нефтепродуктов и может быть использовано дл  удалени  нефтепродуктов из балластных и ль льных вод, сливаемых с судов. По основному авт. св. 704906 известно устройство дл  очистки нефтесодержащих вод, включающее корпус с камерами флотации и фильтрации,допол нитела ную камеру, патрубки подвода очищаемой и отвода очищенной воды и тфиспособленйе подвода водовоздушной смеси в KciMepy флотсщии. Дополнительна  камера снабжена электродами, размещенными в ее нижней части и выполнена закрытой, а приспособление подвода воДовоздушной смеси соединено с верхней частью дополнительной камеры , т Достоинством такого устройства  вл етс  его компактность и высока эффективность очистки нефтесодержащих вод 1. Недостаток устройства состоит в том, что в дополнительной камере в результате коалесценции образуетс  часть крупных пузырьков, которые, вы дел  сь в ней, собираютс  в верхней части дополнительной камеры и затем. поступа  в камеру флотации, нарушают гидродинамический режим разделени  фаз, что требует уменьшени  скорости движени  очищаемой воды в этой камере и, соответственно, снижени  производительности устройства. Цель изобретени  - интенсификаци  процесса разделени  в камере флотации . Указанна  цель достигаетс  тем, что в известном устройстве дополнительна  камера снабжена приспособлением дл  выпуска выдел вшегос  в ней газа, размещенным в верхней части камеры. Установка на верхней части дополнительной камеры указанного приспособлени  позвол ет выпускать выдел ющийс  в ней газ, предотвраща  попадание его в камеру флотации, благодар  чему значительно улучшаетс  гидродинамический режим разделени  фаз в камере флотации, т.е. предотвращаетс  пузырьковый режим разделени  и перемешивани  потоков в этой камере, что позвол ет интенсифицировать процесс разделени  - .повысить скорость движени  очищаемой жидкости в камере флотации и, соответстThe invention relates to devices for the purification of waste water from petroleum and petroleum products and can be used to remove petroleum products from ballast and blunt waters discharged from ships. This goal is achieved by the fact that in the known device the additional chamber is equipped with a device for releasing the gas emitted in it, located in the upper part of the chamber. The installation on the upper part of the additional chamber of said device allows the gas released in it to be released, preventing it from entering the flotation chamber, thereby greatly improving the hydrodynamic mode of phase separation in the flotation chamber, i.e. the bubble mode of separation and mixing of streams in this chamber is prevented, which allows to intensify the separation process - to increase the speed of movement of the liquid being purified in the flotation chamber and, accordingly
