Abstract

Устройството е пригодено за вграждане в маслени сепаратори, монтирани на кораби, с цел разделяне на маслото и водата от водно-маслената смес то може да намери приложение в корабостроенето. С него се улеснява коалесценцията на маслото и изтичането нагоре дори на най-малките капчици масло. Освен това в значителна степен се ограничава втвър дяването на масло между преградите, в резултат на което се удължава операционното време на устройството. Сепараторният блок се състои от единични пре гради, поставени паралелно една спрямо друга, така че образуват прорези, чийто размер е от 5 до 50 мм по-ниската част на преградата е извита навън под ъгъл от 10 до 45', на височина от 1/3 до 2/3 от височината на преградата. Подредени на едно ниво, те образуват първия разделящ слой, а подредени на второ ниво втория разделящ слой. Arranged in one level, they form the first separating layer, and arranged in a second level, the second separating layer. As a result of placing the first separation layer over the second, a cross-section is obtained, the partitions in the second separation layer are turned at an angle of 90' to the partitions of the first separation layer. The number of sections in the device can be optimal and depends on the intensity of the flow of the water-oil mixture, as well as on the required degree of separation of the mixture.
