Description

(54) METHOD OF OBTAINING LIPIDS

The invention relates to the medical industry, in particular to the manufacture of hygienic and cosmetic preparations. A method is known for producing lipids from chlorella algae by extracting an alcohol-chloroform mixture in a disintegrator using glass beads at room temperature, followed by filtering and isolating the desired product l. However, the yield of the target product is only 14% by weight of dry algae. The purpose of the invention is to increase the yield and the target product. This goal is achieved by using protococcal algae (Senedesmus) as a source of raw material, and extraction is carried out at a temperature from 0 to an alcohol-chloroform mixture in a 1: 2 ratio. Example. The biomass of the Senedesmus algae grown under conditions of an open reservoir is separated from the culture fluid in a centrifuge (5 thousand rpm for 8–10 min). Take 2 kg of wet algae paste (in terms of dry weight 420.0 g) j pour 9 l of a mixture of chloroform-ethanol (2: 1). After insisting at a low temperature for 10-15 hours, the extract is separated from the biomass by centrifugation (5 thousand rpm for 10-15 minutes). The supernatant, which is moisture that has leaked from the alga, is easily removed, and the extract under the layer of biomass is collected. The second extraction is carried out as well as the first. The third extraction was carried out with 6 l of a mixture of chloroform-methanol (2: 1), at a lowered temperature (from 0 to + 5 ° C) by infusion with extractants for 10-12 hours. The solvents with all fractions are completely distilled off, the lipid extracts are combined. The lipid mass yield from the proto-coca algae is 75.60 g or 18.0%. Lipids obtained from protococcal algae contain complex vita-4inov complex, fatty acids, triglycerides, antibiotics, sterols, carotenes, chlorophylls, which makes it possible to use them in sanitary hygienic and cosmetic means for the prevention and treatment of skin diseases, body weight loss and treatment paradontosis.
