Description

The invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology.
1.There is a known method of osteosynthesis of fragments in oblique fractures by fixing one of the fragments with a metal fixer inserted before the cortical layer of one of the fragments and creating an anti-stop against the other fragment 1.
Однако этот способ не обеспечивает правильную репозицию отломков и их устойчивую фиксацию, что снижает эффективность лечени .However, this method does not ensure the correct reposition of fragments and their stable fixation, which reduces the effectiveness of the treatment.
The aim of the invention is to achieve correct reposition of fragments and their stable fixation.
The goal is achieved by the implementation of the method of osteosynthesis of fragments with oblique fractures carried out in the same plane and on one side, first two needles through both fragments and bend their ends on the opposite side of one of the fragments, and then enter one or more needles to the cortical layer of another fragment.
Figures 1 and 2 depict in two projections a device for carrying out the method of fragment osteosynthesis for oblique fractures.
The method is carried out as follows.
After the bone fragments are repositioned, a thin needle 1 is passed through the fracture area, the sharp end of which is folded to form a loop, and the blunt needle is fixed in the cutter holder 2, screwed to plate 3. On both sides of the knife holder 2, two threaded sleeves 4 are screwed to plate 3 (one of they are removed after applying the plaster cast, and therefore not shown on the drawing, and only the free hole in the plate is visible) with the stop tubes 5, the parallel needles of the spokes 1, and the plate 3 along the longitudinal axis of the limb. Having unscrewed the cap screws with thrust tubes 5, they inject thick needles 7 up to the stop into the bone fragments, after which the free ends of the thick needles are shortened with nippers, and the cap screws 6 are tightly screwed. After loosening the cutter holder, the spicatelator produces a smooth traction of the thin needle until it stops the bent end into the corticalis fragment, and later, until the bone fragments come together, then the fine needle 1 is fixed firmly in the needle holder 2, the needle is removed and the free end of the tooth is removed, the tec- Spit holder level. Benefit from the stop tube as a guide, pass through the second needle 1, the sharp end

После сращивани перелома устройство легко демонтируетс , а спицы удал ютс из организма . which is also folded, and the blunt is fixed in the cutter holder, and the spicatee is tractioned by the viewer until the fragments come together as closely as possible, the needle is firmly fixed in the cuticle holder, the eyelet is removed, and the needle is shortened on the same level as the needle holder. Aseptic dressings are applied to stabbed wounds and a plaster dress according to the general rules with an apparatus window, after which the extreme thrust tube 5 is unscrewed along with the needle from the threaded sleeve 4, which is then also removed. Periodically (once every several days) the remaining stop tube 5 is twisted one to two turns to maintain a constant elastic interaction of the fragments. After the fracture is spliced, the device is easily dismantled and the spokes removed from the body.
The advantage of the method of osteosynthesis is correct reposition and reliable fixation of bone fragments with minimal trauma to the patient and without the risk of damage to the neurovascular bundles, as well as simplicity, compactness and ease of use of the device for implementing this method.
