Description
(54) DEVICE FOR SUPPLYING VARNISH AND PAINT MATERIAL IN PAINT CAMERA
Дл регулировани давлени в сети на обратном трубопроводе установлен манометр 2,4 с вентилем .5.The key to the pipeline filling system is neutral gas, such as nitrogen. A pressure gauge 2.4 with a valve was installed on the return pipe to regulate the pressure in the network.
The device works as follows.
In the off position, the piston is in the extreme left position, while the iltok cavity of the cylinder is filled with solvent. During the movement of the piston 6, the paints and varnishes from the tank 1 through the suction piping 10 and 11 through the shut-off valve 12, the check valve 13 and the valve 14 fill the piston cavity 8 of the pump 5. At the same time, the solvent, which previously filled the drain cavity 9, flows back to the additional pipeline 15 into the container 2, which ensures constant cleaning of the rod end 9 of the pump 5. During the return stroke of the piston, the paints and varnishes from the piston cavity 8 through the check valve 17 through the discharge pipe 3 are fed to the painting chamber 19, and rod cavity 9 is refilled with solvent. The excess paint material is poured through the return pipe 4 through valve 20 into container 1. At that, valve 21 is closed, preventing paint from flowing into container 2. After the painting process has been completed with the aid of a shut-off member 12, pump 5 is disconnected from paint container 1 and connected to container 2 with a solvent. The valve 20 is closed, and the valve 21 is opened. The valve 18 is closed and the solvent is circulated in a closed system using a pump 5: tank 2 — suction pipes 10 and 11 — pump 5 — pressure 3 and reverse 4 pipelines — capacity 2. Thus, the solvent and the entire system of pipelines and pump are circulating. After flushing, the system through the nozzle 22 and the valve 23 is filled with an inert gas, such as nitrogen, under pressure, which is monitored by a pressure gauge 24. Filling the system with gas eliminates the possibility of pipelines clogging
сухими остатками краски и обеспечивает посто нную готовность системы к работе.dry paint residues and ensures that the system is always ready for operation.
Attaching the solvent tank to the pump rod cavity ensures that the pump cylinder is constantly wetted with a solvent, which eliminates the possibility of paint drying in the pump cavity during its operation, and therefore eliminates cleaning costs and increases the durability and reliability of the pump.
The proposed device enables the solvent to rinse the entire piping system and the pump immediately after the painting process is completed before it can dry out, which reduces the labor costs for cleaning and preparing the device for operation.
Заполнение системы трубопроводов в нерабочем состо нии инертным газом исключает услови дл зарастани I трубопроводов сухими остатками лакокрасочных материалов , что также сокращает трудоемкость приведени системы в работоспособное состо ние .Filling the pipeline system in an inoperative state with an inert gas eliminates the conditions for overgrowing I pipelines with dry paint and varnish materials, which also reduces the laboriousness of bringing the system into working condition.
