Недостатком черв чной машины вл етс невысока степень гомогенизации материала. Известна черв чна махиина дл переработки полимерных материалов, содержаща корпус с загрузочным и разгрузочным отверсти ми и установленный в корпусе черв к с основной нарезкой и дополнительной нарезкой, вы полненной в зоне пластикации на сердечнике между витками основной нарезки в виде винтового канала f2j. Недостатком черв чной машины вл етс невысока степень гомогенизации материала. Цель изобретени - интенсификаци переработки и повышение гомогенизации . Поставленна цель достигаетс тем что в черв чной машине дл переработ ки полимерных материалов, содержащей корпус с загрузочным и разгрузочным отверсти ми и установленный в корпусе черв к с основной нарезкой и дополнительной нарезкой, выполненной в зоне пластикации на сердечнике между витками основной нарезки в виде винтового канала, согласно изобретению, винтовой канал дополнительной нарезки выполнен зигзагообразным. Дополнительна нарезка выполнена с шагом, равным шагу основной нарезки.
