Изобретение относитс  к оборудованию дл  переработки полимерных материалов и м.б. использовано в резинотехнической и шинной отрасл х промышленности . Цель изобретени  - повышение качества смешени  перерабатываемого материала, л  этого в штифтовой, зоне смешени  цилиндра на сердечнике черв ка между разрывами в его нарезке выполнены дополнительные смесительные элементы. Элементы могут быть выполнены в виде перегородок канала черв ка или эксцентриковых винтовых нарезок. Возможно также выполнение смесительных элементов с дополнительными разрывами с размещением этих элементов на длине, большей рассто ни  между смежными разрывами нарезки черв ка. Высоков зка  резинова  смесь, загружаема  в цилиндр, подаетс  в штифтовую зону смешени . В этой зоне смесь подвергаетс  воздействию штифтов и дополнительных смесительных элементов. Благодар  наличию этих элементов смесь подвергаетс  интенсивным сдвиговым деформаци м за счет продавливани  смеси через щели между элементами и цилиндром .
