Description
The invention relates to equipment for processing plastics, mainly rubber compounds, and can be used in polymer engineering.
Known worm machine for processing plastics and especially rubber mixtures, comprising a housing with a feed funnel and a discharge opening, installed in the housing of a two-way screw with a constant pitch of screw cutting.
The mixture of masses is achieved by circulating the mixture in the cross section of the screw channel, repeating many times due to the considerable length of the SP worm.
The disadvantage of this worm machine is that the necessary homogeneity of the mixture is not ensured. ' .
Closest to the offer is a worm machine for plastics processing, comprising a housing with a feed funnel
2
and a discharge hole, installed in the case of a two-way worm έ eccentric screw thread with mutually opposite eccentricity of the core of each screw
channel C21.
"
The presence of a double-thread cut with an eccentricity of the core provides a more intensive kneading and homogenization of the mixture compared with the above-mentioned worm machine.
A disadvantage of the known worm machine is its relatively low productivity, since, due to the eccentric cutting of the worm core along its length, there is a flow area varying in area, which creates resistance to the passage of the material being processed, reduces the speed of movement and, consequently, reduces the machine performance and the degree of homogeneity masses, especially rubber.
ϊ 923873 4
The purpose of the invention is to improve the performance of the worm machine and increase the degree of homogeneity of the rubber mixture.
This object is achieved by the fact that in 5 of the worm machine recycles 7 Botko plastics, comprising a body with a feed hopper and a discharge opening in the housing with a double-threaded screw 10 with an eccentric screw thread mutually opposite eccentricity of the core of each of the screw channel, the core is provided with an additional worm screw thread with 15 opposite main thread eccentricity, with a radius equal to the radius of the main thread, and a width of not more than half and not less than a third of the width of the base hydrochloric cuts. 20
Additional cutting ensures the constancy of the maximum cross-sectional area of the screw channel, thereby eliminating the resistance caused by a decrease in the cross-sectional area. In addition, the additional load creates shear strain in the cross section, thereby improving the degree of homogenization. ed
FIG. 1 shows a worm machine, general view; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 - part of the cutting worm.
Worm machine comprises cylinders 35 nonstoichiometric housing 1 hopper 2 and the discharge opening
3. In case 1, a worm 4 is installed with a two-way screw thread and a mutually opposite eccentricity of the core. Each helical channel 5 of the core of the worm 4 is provided with an additional eccentric thread 6 with an opposite eccentricity 1L main cutting eccentric 45 versity 1 ^ with a radius equal to the radius of K & main cut, and a width not more than half and less than one third the width of the main cutting 'as determined by the need to ensure the constancy of the cross-sectional area of the screw channel along the length of the worm 4 for the passage of rubber compound.
Worm machine works as follows.
The rubber mixture is loaded into the housing 1 through the hopper 2 and picked up by the turns of the worm
4. Due to the additional eccentric cutting of the core of the screw channel in the channel profile that is formed, changing in shape and repeatedly repeating along the length of the channels, but having a constant cross-sectional area, the material undergoes multiple shear deformations along with low resistance and greater speed, which increases machine productivity and increases the degree of homogeneity of the material especially rubber compound.
The use of the invention allows to increase the productivity of the machine by 29% with a better degree of homogenization of the mixture.
