1. Установка для обеспечения объекта теплом и холодом, содержащая компрессор, соединенный с холодильной машиной линией высокого давления, в которой установлены основной теплообменник и конденсатосборник, и линию низкого давления, связывающую холодильную машину с объектом, отличающаяся тем, что, с целью увеличения времени непрерывной работы установки путем обеспечения различной степени осушки воздуха и повышения экономичности, линия высокого давления снабжена дополнительными двухполостными теплообменниками, первый из которых расположен непосредственно за компрессором, а второй и третий - за конденсатосборником, причем второй теплообменник включен по второй полости в линию высокого давления после третьего теплообменника, вторая полость которого включена в линию низкого давления, и между третьим и вторым теплообменниками последовательно установлены адсорбер и дополнительный конденсатосборник с запорным вентилем между ними, а линия высокого давления перед и за адсорбером имеет байпасную магистраль с запорным вентилем, при этом первый теплообменник по второй полости подключен к линии низкого давления за третьим теплообменником и соединен с объектом.2. Установка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что, с целью уменьшения времени выхода на расчетный режим, холодильная машина выполнена в виде турбодетандера.3.
