В отдельных варочных котлах приготавливают растворы хоз йственного мыла и костного кле . Требуемое количество гор чевого мыльного раствора , олифы оксоль или смеси олифы оксоль с эмульсолом кислым синтетическим заливают в растворомешалку и перемешивают 2-3 мин до получени однородной эмульсии. Далее вливают раствор костного кле и еще перемешивают 2-3 мин. Затем при действующей мешалке ввод т около половины требуемой воды и добавл ют мел и дефикат . После перемешивани компонентов в течение 5-10 мин добавл ют остальную часть воды и дополнительно перемешивают до получени однородной суспензии. Полученную массу пропускают через жерновую или валковую краскотерку и загружают в нержавек цу тару дл готовой продукцил. При хранении в незакрытой таре смесь заливают водой.In separate cooking pots, solutions of household soap and bone glue are prepared.
