Description

при обжиге керамических конденсаторов из титаната бари  основной трудностью  вл етс  выбор керамики дл  подкладок или капсюлей , на которые укладываютс  конденсаторы , а также выбор порошкообразной подсыпки.when firing bari titanate ceramic capacitors, the main difficulty is the choice of ceramics for liners or capsules on which capacitors are placed, as well as the choice of a powdered bed.

The use of chamotte capsules and powder does not give good results, since the barium titanate reacts easily with the chamotte, and its melting temperature greatly decreases, which is the cause of the product rejection.

The HONOZ hot and hot powder seeks products from contact with chamotte, but at the high temperatures that are required to obtain quality products, AUOa also begins to react with barium titanate. Even with a thick layer of bedding, the barium titanate can easily diffuse to chamotte and then the products will quickly melt. In addition, at high temperatures, the ABOZ powder strongly erodes the surface of the products. The use of alundum linings and zirconium oxide bedding is difficult, since these materials are expensive and scarce.

The proposed special ceramics, which is a very good material for the aforementioned purposes, can serve both for linings and capsules, and for gaskets between products when fired in several layers. The use of this ceramics requires only a light dusting of products with ALOZ powder.

The proposed composition of the ceramic mass contains alumina in the proportion of 50-70% and barium titanite in the proportion of 40-30%. The product of the proposed composition is burned at a temperature of 1400 ° C.
